The Space Hotel Lampang

The bed and pillows are soft and comfortable. The shower has very good water pressure. The parking lot has several parking spots.

Clean and ample space in the room.

The breakfast could have been better for example adding fruit if any kind.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The beds and pillows are super comfortable. The shower is nice and powerful.

The breakfast is average at best, some of the food was cold.The exit point from the car park is adjacent to a set of traffic lights. It is impossible to turn right. There was obviously no forward planning here.

I thought the hotel was very good value for money and loved the fact that they had a gym to work out in. The staff were helpful and arranged transport for me when needed.

A very small point. The room safe required me to download an app - simply to tell me how to use it. I think it is much better to keep these things simple.

Nice entrance with simple lobby. Friendly staff. Decent size bedrooms and very comfy bed. Good buffet and cook to order breakfast selection.

Can get busy in the lobby and front desk. The lift only holds 4 people without luggage so be prepared to wait.

Good quality Breakfast

Parking is a bit tight, especially coming at night, the access door by the breakfast room always closed and had to make long distance walk. Security man a bit harsh.Please consider to offer late checkout and charge by hours.

Great location for exploring the town on foot. Very comfortable hotel, great attentive staff, huge bedroom and bathroom and amazing breakfast - think there were 6 different Asian dishes as well as fruit, cornflakes, toast etc.

A very minor point, but the staff's walky-talkies were quite loud in the morning. May only have been from my room though. Would stay again anyway! ?

We liked the location and size of the room and the large bed.

There was no tea available in the room and minimal drinking water. The breakfast was really limited and the coffee machine was not great.

Room insulation not enough, noise from next room and walk way come inside to the room.

spacious room, spacious shower area, strong hot shower (best I encountered amongst the 7 hotels I stayed at during this thailand trip),steamer iron provided in each room, soft mattress (a personal preference, but I like)

Half open shower design which means water will inevitably wet a third of the floor of the toilet area.Room facilities maintenance and house-keeping not too consistent. We have seen 3 rooms in the hotel, because the first one has 2 long hairs on the bed and the reception staff offered to swap room for us. 2nd room has a broken hook at the bathroom door, 3rd room no problem, except the bathroom light is obviously dimmer than the first 2 rooms, which is ok. We do appreciate the quick action of the staff to offer change of room without any hassle.

Excellent location, big clean room, decent breakfast. A great place to stay in Lampang.

1. There is nothing wrong with the Hotel. The service and facilities were acceptable, but the service made me feel “back to history”, eg, 300 baht deposit for key card of room, a detailed price list for every item at room. 2. Excellent lighting at room for my feeble eyesight.

1. English standard of most reception staff were below standard of Thai hospitality industry. Interestingly, when I arranged airport transfer via email, the response of hotel staff is quick, and English used is "no frills". The transfer has been arranged without hiccup.2. Found only 1 mug for toothbrushes at room. Staff turned down my request for an additional one abruptly. My wife has weak immune system due to past blood disease. She needs to brush her teeth with boiled water. We can’t share the same mug. Finally, I sorted thing out by myself!3. The breakfast was very basic. On our first day, it seemed the food and service were overwhelmed by the number of guests.

Beds, pillows, shower all excellent. Spacious very clean rooms.Breakfast is better than average.

Difficult to exit car park if you have a vehicle. The entrance and exit is situated right on a junction near traffic lights.

Exceptionally clean and lovely staff.

I think the reception staff struggled to understand me, so communication was a bit tricky!

The rooms are clean, and the staff offers kind support whenever asked!

The breakfast was served late once.
