Clean room and good breakfast and facilities

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

The air was not working properly in our room and there were tiny sugar ants by the coffee area.

The toilet is clean but has a smell from the drain—just a bit of improvement.

A nice hotel but not quite what was expected. The executive suite Spa bath was just a standard bath so really not worth the increased rate.

Easy to find. Big car park. Good dinner in the restaurant. Big bathroom with good shower.Reception staff were great especially the lady with fluent English.

The building and room do not feel at all like a 4 star hotel. Room is like a studio room in a building that looks and feels like a condo.Cold minimalist style. No design to the grey cold feeling rooms. Not even a wardrobe, just a rail.Very very soft bed. No swimming pool. Light switch for the bed lights in a bizarre locationExpensive for what you get.Just about OK for a 1 night stop passing thru. We would not stay there again.And lastly I really did not like getting an email from the hotel asking me to give a 5 star rate and a 10 before we even arrived. Bad move mister General Manager.

New building with good location

Very loud drunker all night, we called front desk and told them that, Very toilet smell every room we stayed

If the owners set the price of the hotel at around 1000 baht instead of 3200, then no one will expect an old place and good service.

Very bad service, we carried our suitcases up and down the 3rd floor ourselves, disgusting breakfast, we left hungry, high prices in the restaurant, and the draft beer is served almost hot

Breakfast utensils were pretty dirty and bathroom drain was smelly.

the location is good for business travelers because the hotel located on the highway which is convenient to travel to any place without traffic.

the hotel provided only one keycard even i traveled with my partner. the elevator and the stair requires key card to access which means that you would have to remove the keycard from the room if one of us would go to the lobby or the car and the room would have no electricity for another one who is still in the room.

Clean, hidden eating area behind the building is great and away from the busy street. Staff are nice. Plenty of parking.

Not much to not like.

It was clean and the staff were friendly. The hotel was a short drive to the main Lampang center and on the main road for convenience.

The shower was warm at best. The breakfast was poor and had lesser choice than other hotels we have stayed in Chiang Mai.

The location is great. It’s on the main road, easy to find and close to many of tourist spots. The building is new and super clean. Car park is available. There’s an amazing restaurant located in the back of the hotel called Kenghom แกงหอม.

The pillows in my room were very thin and it was uncomfortable to sleep on. I suggested you call the receptionist asking for more pillows) There is a bit of mold on our side pillow sheet but we did not use it anyway.

Excellent hotel, superior service, large car parking, have EV charger. Very comfortable for family travellers. This is best hotel in Lampang.

Clean only. Other then that everything is a night mare.

1. Lighting spoiled 2. Not well prepared every iterms missing. ( must call reception to make a replacement.3. Failed to pick up me at the airport 4. Restaurant : orders 6 dishes, came 2 dishes. Only the staffs realised that they had served 2 dishes this happen during Mother day. That really bad.

Great Thai-style breakfast. Staffs were very friendly.

You need a car to travel to the city.

The room is clean and there is a restaurant in the hotel name Ganghom which is very delicious.

There is no digital door lock so you have to use the key to lock the door.
