Pros +
- The staff was very polite and helpful. They helped us check out quickly although there was a big group checking in at the same time. The room was spacious and comfortable, and besides some curtain stains everything looked clean. Free coffee and tea throughout the day was also very welcome. The hotel is in the center of the town, every major attraction is within walking distance. Street parking may be not so easy to find but is not expensive even for the whole day.
- Was close to the event we came for so nice location
- The location was good because of the event I went for was just 10mins away
Cons -
- Our only issue was with the room temperature, it was warm even when the outside temperature was close to zero, and not easy to cool down since only heating is provided in the room.
- The property itself is good; however, the staff were extremely rude and unwelcoming. They did not treat guests well at all. For example, my friend paid for a larger room but did not receive what she paid for. When I arrived at the hotel at 2:55 pm and went to the reception to check in, the lady at the front desk was very unfriendly and told me I could not check in and had to wait another 30 minutes, even though check-in time was 3:00 pm. I explained that I could not wait because I had arrived in Düsseldorf at 11:00 am and had already been out all day just to pass time before coming to the hotel. When I previously requested an early check-in, I was told I would need to pay extra per hour, which I found ridiculous. I then explained that I only had five minutes left until my check-in time and could not wait an additional 30 minutes. At that point, her manager, John (or so), approached and asked what the issue was. She then changed her statement and said she was asking me to wait only 10 minutes, which was not true.Eventually, my friend’s sister, who lives in Germany, spoke to them in German, and only then did they agree to locate a room for me immediately. Overall, the experience was very unprofessional and disappointing. There were over 20 of us staying at the property, if I’m not mistaken. We all traveled from different parts of the world to attend a wedding event.I strongly feel that management needs to address the staff’s attitude toward guests.

The room was ok
The receptions are rude acuses me of giving my breakfast cards yo other guest and saying they saw me on Cctv which was a lie as my husband had our cards not apologies given terrible experience
Very clean and comfortable rooms. The personnel was really helpful and welcoming, we enjoyed our stay there.
The nearby city parking is claustrophobic and costs 10euro per night (if you ask at the hotel reception, 20euro if you go directly to the payment machine).

We booked a bigger room and it was great. Good bed and shower too. Hotel is big and perfect next to a big parking area. Breakfast very nice. Restaurant Eurige Treff is very close by with great schnitzels.
It is not a really cosy place to sit downstairs. It looks more like an office than a nice hotel. The city centre was also not a great place to stay as a tourist.
The Lady on reception checked me in early as I had had a long journey . I arrived at 11.00a.m and got my room immediately.
I cannot thin of anything really.
The room wasnt well equipped, it didn’t have any extra pillows, the room phone wasn’t working to call the staff, there was no one to help with the bags.
Great value for money, clean, comfortable, lovely big bathroom, good night sleep, friendly staff and we could take our dog
Hotel has really nice personel, check in process went really smooth and I've got answer for all my questions. They have really big parking and you can get direct to the hotel by elevator. Rooms are clean and spacious.
Could be more variety of food on the breakfast. TV doesn't have wireless connection with smartphone or laptop, You need HDMI to watch the movie I.e
Bad
The receptionist on the morning of 1-1-2026 did not want to warm up my baby's food. This is inhumane and unkind. There was no microwave so I asked her for help and she did not want to help me warm up the food for a child. Thu. And the room door is not soundproof.
Comfortable lounge, comfortable mattress, spacious room, friendly staff.
One flat pillow each, no spares. Bathroom mirror and showerhead dirty. Bar was very limited. Buffet breakfast very average and a few things not available. Hallways bland and almost clinical. No coat hook for jackets in room. Hairdryer was very poor, not very strong.
Cleaness of the rooms
Location;not really nice neighborhood.Staff in the reception, I witnessed the rudeness of one receptionist to guests. The coffee maker’s milk was finished and one guest asked for refill it, the receptionist said “no, is finished, we have too many guests, it is finished” The guests asked again if she wouldn’t get a coffee then, which for my surprised the receptionist said, No, it’s finished and she ran to close the coffee maker. It was very busy at the hotel but asking the guest kindly to wait until receptionist could refill it would have made the difference. It was very rude episode, more that it sounds specially coming from a hotel service. I was very surprised.
I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was wonderful—friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my visit. Both the hotel and the room were very clean and well kept, which made the stay even more comfortable. Breakfast was good and a nice way to start the day. All in all, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again.
We checked in late into the night, so finding a parking spot in the garage was a challenge.

It was neat and easily accessible. Good and kind staffs.
The property is good. Quite a lot of children so there was some noise. But we were compensated for the noise. Good management.
The overall look of the hotelroom was great
The mattress was quite hard while the pillow felt old and clumpy. The thermostat didn't work properly so our room kept warming up, to the point we had to open the windows.
Was a perfect hotel for us. Rooms was very comfortable and staff was exceptional, especially Peter!
