I liked that it was very clean and right next to a mall that had so much to offer.

Lovely hotel. Air con and ability to open windows. Comfy bed with pillow options. Perfect location for onward travel. Great breakfast a lots of choice. Dog friendly.

Parking cost is ridiculous. 15€ per night. We booked for our dog to have the pamper pack, this was not supplied, which is a pity.

19 Euro for parking and 23 Euro for breakfast seems a bit excessive.

I was hoping to have electric kettle in the room. Not a big deal, reception stuff was very helpful with morning tea / coffee.

Honestly, I didn't expect a 4-star hotel to lack a safe or refrigerator. Next time, I'll definitely need to read the description more carefully.

We got a wrong room and the staff fixed it instantly for us. Good breakfast, lots of choices and quality coffee machines, and enough to prevent queuing. In the evening there were people sitting and chatting, much better atmosphere than you normally see in similar hotels where the average guests have a 1 - 2 day stay. Enough and large parking spots, walking distance from a huge and modern mall, concert hall, cinema and restaurant area.

Staff is not experiences music in lobby too loud en kitchen opens when they want there is a staffing and management problem since Meliá has changed their relation to this hotel too expensive in comparisson to o competition

The Hotel was fantastic. The rooms where spotless clean and we had everything we needed. The breakfast buffet was fantastic!!!

It is the first hotel where I was charged for early checkin (2h earlier we arrived) despit the room being ready. Regulations, they say. I guess it was germany after all. Inflexible clerk at the front desk. We were up since 2 AM, so I was too tired to argue. Hipe the 40euros were worth for them the fact I will never return.

worst bed of my life pillow was terrible asked for different pillows and they gave me the same one stuff were barely speaking english

The location, thevstaff, the facilities were all spot on.The showers had good pressure and toiletries good quality.

On the Saturday, we arrived back to the hotel after our event, to find the car park was filled up with drunk people lying all over the place, blasting music, being inappropriate to my wife and mother. They had clearly bought in all their own alcohol and were making such a scene. We tried calling the front desk multiple times, but no one answered, and when I spoke to the staff, they all just shrugged it off. Fortunately, the hoard of drunks went off to party, but returned all rowdy again in the early hours of the morning. Then proceeded to occupy all breakfast tables by falling asleep on them.

Centrally located. niewe mitte bus station, westfield mall and Rudolf arena is just few steps away.Service is really good.Staffs in the Rlreception were helpful. They were kind enough to us and allowed us early check-in.Room is not bad. But bit out dated. It was clean. Not so spacious in the top floor. Air condition was good. Bathroom is just okay. Beds are also just okay.Breakfast is really goodWorth for few days stay.

Nice family room, friendly staff, great breakfast. Clean room and comfy beds. Easy check in and out. 24 hour reception is great if you arrive late.

Parking cost of 15EUR could be included in a room rate. Parking lot could have some security patrol monitoring it. There were some random people wondering around parking lot going through the trash bins.
