Nice hotel with clean rooms and the staff is very friendly. It’s kinda far from the center, but we were only for 1 night to go to a concert at the arena, so there was good and fast transport from the hotel to there. It’s also close to the station if you are in town for a short time and you have to travel.

Everything was good.

Location

Room service is bad. Staff not friendly

Great location, 5 minutes to the train station. Spacious lobby. Friendly staff. They us check-in early because rooms were available at no extra charge.

The hotel bar had only one staff(who was doing a fantastic job for the amount of people he had to handle) even on a busy Saturday night and it was very hard to even get a beer.

We had a very comfortable stay, lovely modern, cosy hotel and friendly staff. The hotel is also in a nice quiet area. The location was perfect for where we needed to be and we got a special offer for the parking garage next to it which was a nice surprise

A cozy and clean hotel. The staff was extremely polite and helpful with all our questions. The breakfast was fantastic with a truly extensive selection.

Two single beds instead of a double. But when I booked, I was warned that double beds might not be available, so no big deal.

The distance between the hotel and the station was not far, The breakfast was good but very basic. The room was nice and clean. The staff was friendly. The price was a bit expensive.

The price was high

The lobby of the hotel looks very modern. The rooms are clean and quiet. The location of the hotel is good, a walking distance from the central station of Oberhausen.

The rooms are very dated. My room didn´t have a filled up soap or a conditioner in the shower.

Perfect location- close to the railway station. Clean, comfortable.Very nice and helpful staff. Good breakfast

Passable

We come with wan and no space to park.we need to go on street and found and worried about to pay for park car

The staff are amazing and the breakfast is good variety

Maybe the pillows need a second look

It was clean

We got a room and the ac was not working, we got another room.

The room was impressively spacious, providing plenty of comfort during our stay. The bartender was exceptionally friendly and always ready with a joke, making the evening even more enjoyable. The front desk team was also courteous and very helpful, which added to the overall positive experience.

The bar’s opening hours weren’t advertised anywhere, which was a minor inconvenience. Not a big deal, but worth mentioning

Good size room. Bed and linen were fresh and comfortable.Shower in bath was good and plenty of hot water.

Good location within easy walking distance of the main station. Lovely breakfast area and comfortable seating in reception. Breakfast was excellent with a good range of food to choose from.

Our room felt a bit “tired” and the view was of another block of the hotel. We were attending a festival so happily didn’t need to spend too much time in our room.

Good location. Very friendly people in the lobby. Airco did not function. This was very bad because it was to hot in the room.

Clean spacious room, bathtub. Everything was perfect
