The staffs were friendly . Fan in the room. WiFi available

No comfort In the room, no telephone what if I had an emergency or need to reach out to the front desk. No settings for Tea or anything. No tea kettle , nothing. The toilet was not clean enough it had a pee smell every time I entered it.

New Building and location

Crowed Breakfasts and breakfast area smells cooked foods, you have change your clothes after breakfast. Elevators are not enough you have wait long time .Building looks new but after construction didnt cleaned well, room still has dirty part from construction.

Free parking.comforttable.clean.spacious room in good location for my personal needs.

I didn’t like how my room was right next to the entrance so there was a groups of people to go out in the front of the hotel where my room was and drink and smoke while having conversation all night so it was hard to get some nice breeze from the windows without it smelling like cigarettes or hearing people talk all night. Maybe put the smoke pit somewhere else besides the front of the hotel.

Great location when attending a concert at the nearby Turbinenhalle which is a 10 minute walk away. I was lucky that the kind receptionist allowed me early check-in. I enjoyed a nice pizza and a beer before the concert and breakfast was great the next morning. I will be back. Thank you.

I love that it is a walkable distance from the Turbinhalle. The staff was super nice.

Even though it's a walkable distance from Turbinhalle, you'd have to cross an industrial region that is poorly lit. The bathroom vent was super loud and even though you don't take a shower, it will start working after about 2minutes of light and the shower could use an update as it has a very cold outdated feeling to it.

Cheap even tho I booked on the same day. Very kind staff.

placement with the roads (a bit of noise, not very well sound proof), weirdly shaped shower! (uncomfortable to use because it's in a small corner and if you turn the shower head the water goes onto the normal floor), and it was very warm in the room, even with the fan on above the bed, but maybe we just didn't see the air conditioning? I'm not sure if there was any

the breakfast was really good, the bedroom was big and it had everything I needed. It had good WiFi too and it was close to the event I wanted to go. The staff was also very nice

The hotel had a quick check in, good parking, easy to access, comfortable room and very large room with clean facilities.

Unfortunately are stay was ruined by a very large and loud party of guests who decided to use the hotel as a party palace for the night, shouting on corridors and outside the rooms. Are sleep was completely disrupted which was very annoying as we had a long drive the next day and this defeated the whole point in staying in the hotel. When we asked at reception the next morning we were told the night porter was on-duty and we should have got up in the the middle of the night and asked at reception and we would be offered a change of room! This is difficult to understand as the room and the crowd of aggressively loud guests were directly adjacent and visible to reception! And second of all you expect me to get up in the night walk through these drunk people and complain in front of them and then be expected to move myself, partner and all my items at 02:00 to another room past these people?!? I would have expected the night porter to have dealt with this problem themselves or if needed call in extra security of the hotel to deal with these guests within a reasonable time! I expected the majority of the other guests were also heavily disrupted. It is very disappointing because otherwise as stated the hotel was perfect for us and are needs.

Close to Westfield and Rudolf-Weber Arena. Great if traveling for a concert. Staff is very friendly and the reception has free water and snacks.

The room had no A/C. There was a ceiling fan, which is not very sturdy and is dangerous to fall. The TV did not work and was facing a wall instead of the bed.

Never again.

We arrived with a baby of 9 months and unfortunately there were no babybeds available, which would’ve been completely fine IF we had the bed we booked. We booked a standard room with a queen size bed. There were NO queensize beds. Only 2 separate beds (twin beds) that were put together. If you lay in between, the beds would separate and you’d fall in the middle. So we weren’t able to sleep safely with the baby. We had a rough night because our baby moves a lot and we were scared. The receptionist tried to help us as much as he can, but the manager should’ve compensate us. There are no queensize of kingsize beds, even though on the site it says it does. Keep that in mind.

My wife and I stayed here for a concert at Turbinenhalle. The hotel is clean, with nice staff and 15min walk to venue. In terms of location, there is nothing really around the hotel, however being close to the venue was our priority which is why I rated a 10. I would stay here again for another show.
