Liro Hotel Oberhausen

I appreciated the appearance and the appliances that were there.

Parking was difficult, and some of the appliances were unstable. We were cautious about touching anything because of these concerns.

Great location for the event we were attending. Amazing apartment style hotel room. Kitchenette allowed us to cook meals as there were many grocery stores in the area. Shower was large and comfortable with great water pressure. Very comfortable bed too.

No complaints.

The overall experience was great. The process for check-in and check-out was very simple and efficient, as everything could be done using just a PIN code I really appreciated how minimalistic and straightforward it was it gave me everything I needed without unnecessary complications. The room itself was very clean, modern, and minimalistic. For someone looking for convenience and simplicity, this place delivers exactly that.

The liquid soap bottle in the bathroom was not properly filled when I arrived and had some anxiety that I might have none left by the end of the stay.Also, the “Do Not Disturb” sign was not easy to find.. at first I couldn’t find it then someone ended up opening the door while I was in. I later found it was placed on the coathanger which isn’t the most obvious spot, since people usually expect such a sign to be on or near the door handle inside the room. Having it clearly visible on the handle would avoid confusion and situations like this.

Hotel and room was absolutely perfect, nothing to complain about ?

We wanted to use a car charger and here communication got worse- we had to transfer 20€ everyday separately and then call and write messages couple of times to get the code… That was a little bit annoying ?

The room was beautiful. I really enjoyed staying there. The shower was huge. Loved how the bed was made. I loved the coffee machine. I loved our little kitchen.

I was quite disappointed because of the noise. Doors in the hallway were regularly slammed at all times of the day and night. Other guests were very loud in the hallway all through the night. Which is a shame because I love the hotel and the rooms so much but because of the noise I will think twice in the future about staying there.

It was a pretty big room for a single room. It wasn’t boiling hot when I arrived unlike most hotels. Airco/heater. Coffee/tea facilities, fridge and complementary (sparkling) water. Easy check in.

The chair had a broken leg, which could be dangerous. Otherwise everything was splendid.

Clean and comfortable, everything you need for a temporary stay.

Lack of a safe for storing documents.

+Well there is a terrace on the third (upper)level for the smokers which is great for them but if they don't close the door properly ...as a result I had the smell of the smoke getting in my room #19 which is located just next to it which is very unfortunate for a nonsmoker.+The cleaning lady started her job at 5 O'clock in the morning on a Sunday at my level which is again unfortunate ... you do not want to be awakened hearing the use of a bucket at that time of the night. ....+I was surprised there was no elevator on the premises...

perfect for a short stop for a small family. You can charge your EV in the car park for a flat fee of 20€ (slow charger but fine for leaving overnight). You can use the laundry facilities which is good to know.

the room was cold as the heating is not switched on until October I was informed

Hotels are very clean and comfy. There is alot of luxory for the price paid.It was a little bit getting used to that there is no staff at the hotel.

One of our beds was positioned against a wall with light switches, so we had to move it 10cm off the wall otherwise the lights would not turn on.

We had a lovely stay, lovely big comfortable room.Thank you.

Everything was lovely but we did find the beds uncomfortable, a firmer mattress would have been better. Apart from that everything else was perfect.

We had a great time staying at the Liro Hotel, clean and very modern!

Love the fact that there was a mini kitchen. spacious bathroom.

There was little space left for our suitcases.

nice big apartment, parking options just next to hotel, no staff in the hotel but everything was prepared, we got access codes in advance, in case it is needed, you can contact the staff per phone (we could clarify everything quickly)
