There were no Frigidaire in the room. After payment they told me that now breakfast was included I thought it was.

Free parking and location

Clean, comfertable and modern. Staff were excellent. Convenient location for our purpose, and massive shopping centre across road ideal for food and shopping.

Not easy for public transport but quick cheap taxis to central train station.

Stay only if there’s nothing...

The possibility of self check in is comfortable.

The check out was to 12. We arrived at 23. Since 9 in the morning the staff knocked the door and asked us several times when we’re leaving… not professional… we answered but the lady kept asking 3 times during one hour. Kicking out the guests as early as possible is quite weak. We won’t come back here.

Location perfect for Centro or Arena Oberhausen.10 mins Walking, perfect!Check in Staff very friendly!!!!Room was basic and clean. Breakfast ok, not the best but ok.

The staff was very helpful, as soon as they saw my walker they switched my room to one on the main floor. When I came to the hotel after closing hours they helped me with the door, although I had a code. Very good breakfast buffet.

The bedcovers where a bit small and the floor in the shower was very slippery.

Check in was easy, staff friendly and accommodating, good location, would recommend

Booking.com sold us a triple room with 1 large double and 1 single bed.This hotel has no rooms like that! All their triple rooms have 3 single beds.Apparently they have told booking.com this numerous times but still the listing is inaccurate.The hotel was good enough to upgrade us to a family room which has 1 large double and 2 singles.Booking.com are a nightmare, every time I book with them I have problems, will never use them again!

The location of the hotel is excellent and it has easy access to all places, the room was clean, the place was quiet and undisturbed.

It is better to have a coffee maker or an electric kettle in the room, the coffee machine in the hotel reservation is not of good quality, the parking lot is not reserved for you and the parking lot may be full.

Family rooms where rather small for a family with two teens plus luggage

Conveniently located just of the motorway. Easy to access for late at night arrivals with plenty of parking.

We struggled to get in at first, with it being very late, our code didn’t work, but I think we were just rushing (very tired with a 3yo in tow) once we rang the help line, the code worked and doors opened. I was also charged twice, might have been my own fault again, as I decided to pay for the hotel online for easier check in, approximately 3 hours prior arriving. And then I also had to pay at the check in again because we were late and it was self check in, I could not argue. I mentioned this to the receptionist in the morning and he was very apologetic and Money was returned within couple of days.

The hotel is difficult to reach without a car - the surrounding area is not very pedestrian-friendly, and you'll have to make a lot of circuitous routes to get to anything nearby.

The proximity to the centro and all the local facilities,the rooms are not big but perfectly clean

Modern, simple but clean hotel. We had a family room for 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) which was small but very convenient and clean with comfortable beds and a good airco. Convenient parking behind the house, though too small for the number of rooms, so you might be unlucky if arriving late.

Breakfast was a bit poor with limited choice, including a basket of rotten bread, and offered on a very squeezed buffet table.The machine with drinks at the entrance was empty with a note that drinks could be purchased at the reception, which however closes at 21:00. Fortunately there is a petrol station in walking distance.
