The staff was not friendly at all.

Perfect location close to ferry, room with view on the Danube.Very good shower.Nice people. They offered us an extra quiet room because of a loud party going on on one evening.

Breakfast was poor, maybe because we booked out of season. No fruit, bread only white, few vegetarian options. No cereals.Nice people though!

The only positive aspect of our stay was the kind and friendly man at the reception. Any points I give in this review are solely for him.

We needed a hotel for a break during our car trip back to Ukraine. I booked everything online, the pictures looked nice, and the reviews seemed positive. Little did I know how terrible our stay at this hotel would be. I fully understand that this isn’t a 5-star hotel, and I’m not asking for luxury amenities, but cleanliness is non-negotiable for any hotel.The towels had multiple holes in them and some stains. The pillowcase had holes, and the bedsheets did too. At least they seemed more or less clean.And to top it all off – there were cockroaches in the room. I killed two, but I can’t even imagine how many more were crawling around. This is absolutely unacceptable.Additionally, the hotel is right next to a restaurant, so be prepared to be disturbed by loud parties or weddings with fireworks late into the night.

Shower was ok

Music in the restaurant was so loud that we had to take food away to our room. Plus there is a night club near by so the very loud music was playing till 5 am and we could not sleep well because of it

Very nice cosy hotel with a great location. Clean, tidy room. It is great that there is a possibility of an extra bed.We liked everything!

Small selection of breakfast menu, but delicious.

The hotel has a great location directly near the Donau and the ferry. The view from the balcony is fantastic. You can walk along the promenade along the Donau into the city. The house looks very friendly, there are a lot of flowers. And the staff is very friendly as well.

The air conditioning doesn’t work well. It was so hot in the room!It smelled unpleasant in the bathroom. And the shower had a little leck.

This hotel located on the Danube shore and you can enjoy the beautiful river view from the garden. Room is not big, but with modern interior.

Enjoyed everything. Nothing bad

Everything was fine for the price of the hotel room . Breakfast very good ?? Generally I love everything about the stay in the hotel.

We had few flies in the hotel room, so it was very disturbing to sleep at night time. But I think such stuff can happen in any hotel.

Very spacious room and great facilities,a lovely view to the river and the garden.

Breakfast was lacking, very little options for breakfast or drinks.The room and bathroom had a very of putting smell which we managed to resolve by opening windows/doors.

Everything was great. We really enjoyed our stay here. The bed is very comfortable, the room is nice and cosy, the view from the balcony is beautiful. A lot of private parking space makes it easy and safe to park your car. We really liked the breakfast, which was included into the room cost, it was very tasty and you can choose, we took Avocado toasts with eggs and pancakes, and enjoyed. The restaurant works all day, so you can have lunch and dinner. You can take a pleasant walk along the river just near the hotel. And it was very quiet at night, we had a really good sleep. All the staff are very friendly, supportive and with good English.

One of the best small and friendly hotels we have ever stayed in

The breakfast is superb however when we came in the evening the food was below average, tasteless and luke warm. When asked waitress what is the speciality or the meal of the day she said all meals good and special and there was a huge menu. This should of ring the bell straight away.

The garden is incredible, is very clean, good food and very quiet.

Comfortable room with comfortable bad and terrace. The room and whole hotel kept clean and tidy. Modern TV connected to WiFi so I was able to watch Netflix etc.

There was no breakfast buffet. The breakfast menu included only a few dishes and the waiting time after ordering was about 20 minutes, however very tasty. Buffet breakfasts would be better. Poor offer of drinks for breakfast.

Good parking in a gated compound and location.

No coffee sachets, no ordinary tea, just horrible flavoured rubbish and gone off milk in sachets.If you want to use the kettle provided, get your own tea, coffee and milk.

Nice location near the river, a restaurant to have the dinner is nearby. We stayed for one night, so quite decent place, good personnel, parking place in the inner yard.

Location , cleaness, friendly staff

Clean, location, parking, breakfast was average but ok, washrooms were big, clean and well equipped. It was easy to find, an excellent location and view from penthouse apartment.

A bit of overview at check in will be good. Like how to operate air conditioning/ heating, TV, and other equipment. No water in the apartment (at least a couple of welcome bottles). Language is a barrier though staff was helpful.

The fact that The pressure of water in shower was low and The water was just warm, not hot, and you have to flush the toilet several times to get all the mess out
