There was no internet in the suite. Noise from the outside.

Clean sheets.... something that goes by default, but is the main advantage of this place.

I have no idea how this place can have so high rating. We stay in, at least, 10 hotels/apartments every year and know how good hotel should treat the guests. Let me give you a couple of examples.The room had a broken sofa. You can't possibly sleep on it (and it was the place to sleep for one of our kids). Same sofa probably never had any cleaning. You end up in a cloud of dust the moment you sit on it.The restaurant on the first floor had a wedding party till 4am with the music so loud, that no one could sleep. And we had a room on the top floor. Receptionist just told that 'It's not my fault'.Another issue with that is when you close the windows, air conditioning will be so loud (at minimum speed, working not in the bedroom), you won't be able to sleep. And it will not provide you any fresh air in your tiny room. If you open the windows, you will immediately start smelling cigarettes from the smoking place at the entrance of the hotel/restaurant.The bathroom had a strong smell. It was clean, but it seems like the building has an issue. Not the hotel owner problem ofc :)The breakfast... well, we couldn't eat it. At 8-35. Empty milk bottles near the food. Plates with salami and cheese almost empty and a single waitress refilling them with bare hands. If you happen to want to drink something there were tea and instant coffee. No cups tho. And hot water from the electric kettle. No hot meals as well.I can continue, but i believe you got the idea.

Everything was fine, it’s nice hotel for short stay period. Personal was friendly. Room was clean and tidy.

Beautiful room, good designed, clean and spacious. Everything looked new and well cared. Good staff, caring, breakfast was delicious.

If your room goes to the road side it may be noisy.

A 3-star hotel that lived up to its description on booking.com. I booked a triple room for a two-night stay, and the room was tidy and well-kept. The hotel staff was also incredibly friendly, which added to the overall pleasant experience. The breakfast was tasty and satisfying, and we were happy to have parking available right in front of the hotel entrance. For the price we paid, the quality of our stay was excellent. I cannot comment on the TV or air conditioning as we haven't used them, but the WiFi worked perfectly fine. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent value and enjoyable stay.

I was impressed with the cleanness of the room, and the neat and pleasant decor. There were also slippers in the room, which is not standard for this hotel category. The breakfast was good, but quite basic though, and the bread didn’t look fresh. Apart from classical cereals, jam, butter and bio yoghurts, the food mainly consisted in omelette, eggs, sausages, two types of cheese and veggies cold curry. Some cake, water, milk and a Fanta drink have been also provided. No fresh juices available. Coffee was brought in small cups at the table by request and I was told that only one was included.

The main negative thing to mention during my short stay would be the bad smell coming from the bathroom. It was present during the whole night and the morning. I would also add a recommendation to improve the breakfast offer and maybe offer a coffee carafe for each table, like in many other hotels that offer breakfast options. For people who take really seriously their morning coffee, like me, one small cup may not be sufficient to start a good day. There is no elevator, and my room was at the second floor, but the hotel personnel was very helpful with my luggage. I had a small incident with my son’s teddy forgotten in the room and during the initial discussion the hotel management seemed to switch the blame on us, suggesting that it was lost somewhere else since they could not find it in the hotel. However, after more discussions with them and Booking.com customer support, the hotel extended the searches, found the toy at the laundry and sent it by courier. I am really grateful for their effort.

the restaurant was used at night for a party with very loud music

We booked 4 rooms for a 7-nights stay. We found that:(1) The location is great. Easy access to where we needed to go. (2) The breakfast is great (and the coffee is really good!). (3) The staff is great and helpful.

(1) The smell in the rooms (possibly from the toilets) - the hotel needs to sort that out.(2) The aircon in my room was noisy but not working properly throughout the duration. The situation was the same in all the rooms that I booked.(3) My room was not well cleaned & being cleaned regularly (throughout the 7 nights stay) and rubbish could be found.(4) No kettle and tea making facilities in the rooms.

Responsive team, simple but quite good breakfast

Location. It's quite difficult to find some normal place to eat nearby, the nearest currency exchange is too far

During night was noisy. Window was facing backyard and was heard noises of roosters almost all night.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good with omelette and bacon or cold meats and cheese. The hotel was kept tidy and very clean. The position of the hotel was excellent very near the river and the main central street in the heart of the city.

The only small thing was that there was no plug for the sink.

Exceptional

Excellent environment inside with beautiful furniture, and decorations. They definitely were not cheap
