They had lights in the middle of parking spots most were broken. I backed into one and told them they gouged me to cover the repair and will likely never fix the light

I was genuinely impressed with the experience during our stay at this lovely 4-star boutique hotel. The cleanliness throughout the property was impeccable, which made the stay feel both comfortable and safe. One of the highlights for me was the peaceful atmosphere – perfect for relaxing after a long day.Each morning started with a varied and delicious breakfast, offering something for every taste. I also had the chance to dine at their à la carte restaurant, which was equally enjoyable, with well-prepared dishes and great service.The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. Their warmth added a personal touch that made my stay even more special.Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, clean, and cozy place to stay, with great food and exceptional service.

A very good, clean hotel with polite and helpful staff. A spacious room, convenient parking, very good breakfast and dinner. Especially I want to thank the ladies who served us during the dinner because although we arrived for dinner just before 8 o'clock that the restaurant was closing, they served us a delicious dinner.

Something wrong with personsl on reception.1. I was told that “double room” is really single, but its OK, I can live there with my wife.2. On check out they try to take from me payment for the roos, but they was paid via booking upfront. And such 2 times… To be honest it was not chitting, but some not understanding of English

This is a new, clean, cozy and well -groomed hotel. It is pleasant, convenient and comfortable in it. I have very pleasant memories, I recommend with pleasure and responsibility.

I've never in my entire life stayed in a Spa Hotel that charges extra and requires a booking for the service, all without warning about it when the booking is made

Friendly staff, good breakfast (although limited in options), very clean room and very quiet.

The control panel for temperature lights up way too much and it did disturbed our sleep, should be able to dim it somehow or at least cover it for night.

It was exceptionally! The staff was brilliant… location superb… and everyone was willing to help. Very clean.. food was perfect.

Water pressure in the shower is little weaker than I had hoped for.Hotel location is not in the main road so you need to walk a little to go to main street / shops area.

The room was spacious and the bad confortable.

The policy of the hotel regarding the privacy and quietness. The hotel staff is not interested in helping you to have a quiet snd relaxing stay. Although other guests were making a lot of noise and we call the reception they didn't intervene to sort out the problem. They just pretended to do something while nothing improved and the noise continued till 4 o'clock in the morning.

Lovely modern hotel, comfortable rooms. The spa had great potential to be something special. It was very quiet and good value for money. We would definitely stay here again.

The hidden costs with the spa. We were not informed we had to pay for using the spa until we checked out. We had no problem to pay as the hotel was already good value but it should be made clear when booking the spa. Also the steam room was cold and no drinking water was available in the spa.

The room was spacious, with sufficient natural light, and a matrimonial bed. The breakfast was decent, both in diversity and quality.

the bathroom's ventilation was keep functioning for about good 3 minutes upon closing the light, which was quite annoying!

The hotel looks to be brand new. The cleanness is pefect. The stuff is very friendly and welcoming. Everything you need is there. The breakfast was also exactly what you need: good coffee, good drinks, small fridge with yogurts and stuff, fruits, some delicious deserts. For me it was a pleasant stay. I would definitely come back here.

The smell of the towels and sheets. The only improvement I can suggest for this hotel is that they can add some aroma diffusers in the room and change the smell of the sheets. That's all.

Very elegant and classy Clean, good breakfast and the went above and beyond with “to go breakfast “on the day we left . They made a very delicious cheese/yogurt strudel.
