The bathroom is a Mess. It needs some serious work done on it.

The location is on the edge of the city. Perfect for us, but not much nearby. The staff were very kind

A fully stocked bar is not open, apparently. No meals apart from breakfast. No access to the heated pool for most hours of the day. It is a healthcare centre now, not a hotel

The property didn’t have hot water and at times no water at all. Not having water on hot days should be enough reason to close the hotel.

Not having hot water for days. Not having lights in the hallways. Cleanliness could have been much better. The hotel is old and it’s starting to fall apart.

at 9.30 the breakfast items were almost already gone

at night, the air conditioning at level 1 wasn't really blowing any air. at level2, it was blowing so strong, you couldn't sleep in that wind. too bad, the other aspects were fine.

Large suits, modern and clean. Nice to swim in the pool after the long drive. Friendly reception helped and explained everything. Parking on the teritory is also nice to have.

There is a lack of catering facilities especially if you check in at 6 p.m. No place to order food and no stores nearby. Also you need to pay extra for hot water if you want to make tea during the breakast, which was paid before.

The decor was very tired, carpets throughout hotel had holes in and fittings in the room were falling apart. The air-conditioning performance was poor. There was no shower screen on the bath so entire bathroom gets flooded when you take a shower. Room was not made up during my 3 night stay. Ran out of toilet paper. The breakfast was very poor, very little choice, no hot food or chilled items, only couple of cereals and handful of pastries.

Pleasant

We came to breakfast at 10 o'clock but cook gone home (breakfast is from 7.30-10.30)...and our breakfast was made by cleaning lady, it was tasty but not is normal to be made by cleaning lady.Bathroom need to be refreshed...and hall too.

I did like that the hotel has a swimming pool and sauna ( have to pay extra) and a salt room .

Honestly in my opinion i think this is a 3* hotel not 4 , a lot of things wrong and the breakfast is mediocre to decent.

Room size and very pleasant staff, lovely smell throughout building.

No bar, limited choices for breakfast and the hot food was never hot. The two waitresses were very lovely and accommodating. Sauna was locked and you have to pay 45 ron to gain access. Swimming pool was nice on the first day then we realised that the hotel rents the pool for lessons throughout every day which end at 8pm. Absolutely no use if you want to use it earlier or throughout the day. Booked a massage which ended up a fiasco. 15 minutes waiting for masseuse so had to go to reception where they apologised and then they found a man to massage me for 30 minutes. He definitely needed to lose the skin tag on his thumb as you could feel it all the time, not pleasant, he was obviously not trained in massage as it was just a rub on my back for 30 minutes. If it would have been good we certainly would have taken advantage of the on site service but it was not so we called it a day.The location is way out of town with zero places to go without an Uber, stayed most of the time in the town to return late as it was like a ghost hotel after the internal Clinique’s closed at 7. Such potential and probably very good in its day, now, not for us.

The size of the room , the natural light and the cleaner made her job really well. The pool is amazing though the time for access needs a little more increased for residents

No help with the bags was offered, no ramp for the trolleys . We don't need phone in the bathroom and the shower doesn't have shower curtain to stop the water going on the floor. Also,the bath needs to be finished and the room was really cold.

Hotel rooms where to hot during.winter.period they do not.use airco. Breakfast was a poor collection and croissants.where not.fresh everyday

Very clean, swimming pool, breakfast

Breakfast quite poor, beside some cold appetizers, one could only get on demand just fried eggs or omelette. Although the room was quite big, the pieces of furniture were too close one to another making it difficult to move inside the room.
