room noise from other rooms , eating at the hotel food not cooked correctly and was raw! Left early disgusted with meal!

The room was nice and spacious . Breakfast was great. The location is great and staff are friendly.

The room was a bit smelly and the AC was noisy

The staff was extremely nice and kind, very helpfull .Also the 2 srilankan guys from the restaurant were exceptionallyl well trained and very proficient.

It was a littlw bit cold in the room taking into consideration rhe weather and the period

I had a horrible accident .On the evening we checked in , while on the terrace in front, as my wife and friend were chatting on the chairs ,I excused myself on the way to the room ( facing the hotel and with my back to the parking in front of the hotel ).I stepped back and as there is no barrier, I fell on my back , approx 2m down , in a space between the terrace and the parking lot . This required a visit through out the night to the emergency room at the Spitalul Judetean, where I had to have my laceration to the back of the head sutured and multiple CTs to assess potential damage . I suffered considerable contusions to my back but no fractures luckily.Unfortunately, my glasses disappeared in the sewer where I fell and that inconvenienced me immensely as replacement of my progressive lenses would have required a week stay. Instead , i had to purchase two pairs of glasses , without light transition technology ( hard to drive in sun ) and at significant cost . Needless to say that I would need to reorder a new pair upon return home to the US.The most upsetting thing is that no inquiry into my wellbeing was done by any of the hotel staff that were privy to the incident .In any civilized place , such accident occurring on the grounds of the hotel , on account of lacking safety barrier and involving an international hotel guest , would have required some degree of reporting and recording .

The location is exceptional for a stay in Galati, the facility was clean , modern , bed was very comfortable , good pillow selection.

The shower cabin was not up to standard and on the bottom edge it had some dark spots that could be from mold . Breakfast didn't have a great selection and the coffee wasn't good.

Fresh and modern hotel (opened just in 2021 after renovation) with friendly and caring staff. Comfortable beds and a buffet breakfast offering a wide variety of foods. Nice city view from the balcony.

Big room, clean, very comfortable bed. Very good breakfast.

No smart tv

Everything was perfect, super clean, staff is very hospitable, and very very very nice with my dog! Pet friendliness is a great plus, but also they score really high at cleanliness and staff friendliness. Location is extremely nice, in the very centre, near a newly refurbished park. The Danube promenade is only 5 minutes away. There is the possibility to order food in the room from a great variety of good restaurants in the city.

It was spacious. The bed was comfortable.The service at the restaurant was super great. And the staff in general was good.

The parking is a bit small and the room seems to not have been used a lot and it smelled the bathroom pipe at first.

Nice room, friendly staff

On the evening of our arrival, we went out for dinner( luckily) when returning shortly after 9 we found the restaurant/ wine bar bursting full with screaming children- which remained the same till about 11 o’clockThe closing time of a hotel/ wine bar at 10 was already disappointing - then instead of a cozy twosome glass of wine it felt like being in a Youth Hostel on a class excursion Totally unacceptable… breakfast wasn’t overwhelming either

Central position, clean & comfortable, nice staff, good food.

A bit old and used for Mercure standards, they need a refurbishment.

Decent hotel, good location, very nice staff from Sri Lanka and clean premises.

Super clean and resting, comfortable bed & bed sheets, quiet if you have a room on the back side of the hotel (not at the front, on the main street), great location (the very centre of the city, close to a small park, the historical centre & close to the Danube riverside). A big plus is they love dogs!

The bed was great and the room was quite big.

We had very noisy neighbours and we couldn't sleep at all. The breakfast was not great.

The staff started cleaning the floor at 8 am. The noise was very loud from the vacuum and we woke up. This happened on 26th of December!

The room was large, beds were very comfortable. The view was very nice, although the balcony seemed a little bit old and dirty.

The smell in the reception and restaurant of fried oil, like in the kitchen. No parking spaces at the hotel or nearby.

Location and room size.

Even if breakfast was untill 11:00am, in weekend, when we arrived at 10:30 were a lot of empty plates, without the possibility to refill back. Strange/uncomfortable access to the shower.
