Best Western Premier Plovdiv Hills

The breakfast was acceptable. It would be better if the hot options were kept hot at all times.The staff was wonderful. The room was great. The bed was very comfortable.

Easy to get in and out of the parking. Front staff spoke English very well and gave a few recommendations, I believe her name was Maritsa.

Close to the supermarket, available parking lots, specious rooms, new furniture

Not enough amenities, the pillows were terrible for me - too high, had to sleep without a pillow first night then I had to buy a normal pillow, terrible restaurant with unstable hours, poor choice of meal, the quality of food was bad, we were served raw chicken , no room service, beds were were covered with sheets at the end of November, but they provided blankets after our request, no housekeeping after 5 pm

The place feels brand new. All the furniture and fixtures were excellent. Some more kitchen utensils could have been nice. Local parking is very small, but they have a deal with the lot across the street some 50 meters away. Breakfast was pretty good, not a large selection but what they had was spot on.We asked for extra towels and linen – no problem.We ordered in for Pizza – no problem – they even offered to assist with dinnerware although they have an on-site restaurant.

The master bathtub/shower had a leak and we could not use it so we ended up with just one for the entire family. IF not for this they would have gotten a 10 from me.

Everything was literally great. The staff was charming and very supportive. The room was cold enough, very comfortable and dark (coz of nice curtains), well furnished and beautiful.

It's not really close to the Plovdiv center.

This Best Western Premier is within walking distance of the old town and offers underground parking. Being the two primary selection criteria of our trip, no doubt about the quality of service of this well-renowned hotel group.

The family room was very comfortable and quite spacious. We stayed for just one night, but this will definitely be our hotel of choice when we visit Plovdiv again

Nothing. It was perfect

I arrived at the hotel without a reservation. The reception staff was wonderful, professional and helpful. The hotel is modern. The room was above and beyond expectations. The breakfasts were delicious and the variety was just right. The wifi was strong and stable and I had convenient parking at the entrance to the hotel.

Nice and modern hotel. Staff was very much helpfull and professional making check in and check out very fast. Room was according to what has been booked and was very spacious. Especially I liked the presence of small sofa. Room lightening was good. Lightening in bathroom was just fair but still OK.Parking for car was just perfect.

Hardly to find anything. Wi-Fi connection in my room was noit completely OK as half of the room was principally without signal coverage. Breakfast the first day only ala cart but not considerred as critical realizing thet there was maybe less guests . The next day the breakfast was offering bufet offering wider selection.The location of the hotel is maybe not the best one (next to petrol station, and area not so nicely maintained) but for business stay just OK.

Amazing breakfast. Regarding the hotel position, I can say not bad but not very close to the city center.

The only negative thing has been the parking in front of the hotel. I parked there and after the check-out, my car was blocked by different cars I waited 20 minutes before the owner of one car came and moved away his car. Is necessary a better organization.

I loved everything. This was my first time staying there and the staff from the moment I arrived were exemplary. Nothing was too much for them and collectively they represented their hotel as United team. They all spoke many languages and were generally so helpful and so fun to interact with. My room was extraordinarily large. It was absolutely spotless and one of the best night sleep I’ve had in any hotel and my many stays around the world. I have uploaded some pictures just for you to see the quality that was provided within my room.

The gym was a little small but doable and that should not distract from how wonderful this hotel is. I am definitely coming back to stay in this hotel.

Very nice, clean, specious, comfortable room. Quite. Free parking in the street in front of the hotel.

Garage fee is charged extra, even though while booking it said it was free. I did a search for a dog friendly hotel, there was no mention of extra fee for a pet on booking.com or hotel’s site or when we came to the hotel. But by check out 20€ (40 leva) were charged extra in the hotel for the dog which I find ridiculously too much. Pity it was not clearly stated in advance ( I would definitely not book my accommodation in this hotel)
