Not a single thing! They even had great towels!

The staff was so very welcoming! A great surprise when we arrived and it made us feel special!Check in very easy. Parking easy.Location was fantastic. Would recommend others to stay here as it was very close to everything and hotel was adorable.

We loved the location right near the old town and Kapana, the daily wine and cheese, and the spacious and uniquely decorated room. The staff was super helpful for getting us our cab en even walked with us to the pickup spot.

Wonderful location and the staff was amazing. Breakfast was exceptional and writing our names on the board in the lobby to welcome us was so special!

Practically, everything. The hotel is small, cozy, located perfectlly in the old town of Plovdiv. The room was large, elegant, very comfortable. Also the bathroom was large, modern and vintage at the same time.A perfect breakfast every morning has to be mentioned.And last, but not least the staff treated us like we were guests în their own house.

The best service we have received during our trip. Very responsive owner to make sure we arrived hotel smoothly and prepared welcome gift for us- cheese and wine. Dimana is the best receptionist we met, she communicated well with us and provided good information, helped us reserve seats at restaurants. Breakfast is fresh, room is clean and hotel location is good!

None! Everything is perfect!

The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the old city centre. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is nice, full of antique objects and furniture. Small perks such as cheese and wine in the evening made our stay even more memorable.

The breakfast could have more egg options, scrambled eggs for example.

This place is a gem. The rooms are beautiful, the location can’t be beaten, the staff is knowledgeable and helpful, the breakfast is rich and the daily little bottle of wine and cheese plate are a nice touch.

Excellent location in the Old City, just down the hill from the amphitheater. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The guesthouse was always kept very clean.

Being a guesthouse, there wasn't 24/7 reception. There was a phone number for emergencies you could use after the staff left at 5:00 pm. I didn't have any problems, though some people may prefer to have someone there all the time. The breakfast was adequate.

The location, the staff and the overall service and condition of this wonderful place make it a must for anyone visiting this amazing city. They go well beyond what you’d expect: a sign with your name greeting you at the door, free umbrella use, great (yet simple) buffet breakfast and gentle and helpful staff who are willing to hail a cab for you (and negotiate the price) and give excellent food and other recommendations (like going to the magnificent Bizantine museum). A must stay!

Evmolpia was a charming place to stay. It was a beautiful building full of antiques. We were treated like guests, given useful information about Plovdiv, and provided with delicious food and treats.

We should have stayed an extra night!

Everything was perfect - lovely welcome with little touches including wine bottled especially for the hotel with cheese for guests to try. Very large, comfortable and clean room and quiet in the evenings. Excellent location for exploring the old town and Kapana, could not have been better.

We loved everything. The host was so friendly, helpful and welcoming.Breakfast was delicious, constantly being replenished and only out in small quantities so it was always fresh. Croissant baked in the morning, I could smell it in bed.Afteroon/ evening complimentary local wine and cheese as well. Also cucumber, celery water and homemade lemonade and coffee and tea available all day.Beds were super comfortable and cosy. Everything spotlessly clean. What a great place to stay. Within walking distance of all the sights, restaurants and bars.

Liked the old style rooms, very clean and liked the nice touch of welcome for the guests as well as recommendations. The wine was an added bonus and so nice to have a fridge downstairs with drinks for our trip.

Dimana gave us a very warm and friendly welcome and recommended the sights we should see. Our bedrooms were full of character and very comfortable. Highly recommend for a stay in Plovdiv.

Amazing hotel and location. Greeted by the lovely Dimana when we arrived. Such a lovely touch with our name on a chalk board welcoming us to the hotel. Dimana then proceeded to tell us about the hotel and location, which was informative and helpful. Our room was on the top floor, ( no lift). Our room was lovely, very old and quaint. It was of a large size. There is a pillow menu if required. The bed was comfortable. Toiletries available in the bathroom. Shower nice and hot. Towels of a good quality. Breakfast was superb, excellent quality with a large selection of ham and cheeses.The complimentary wine and cheese every night was a lovely touch.Location was perfect. I would highly recommend this hotel. Fantastic value for money. Thank you Dimana for a perfect stay.
