The location and design of the room. The staff was also friendly.

We stayed in a four person room but we didn’t know the bathroom door was SEE THROUGH. That design choice was rather awful.

The hotel is nice, small and cozy. Clean and tidy. The location is awesome, basically in downtown.

The room was smelly, it stank like drain, due ti the fact that the toilet is basically in the room. Also the walls are very thin and you can hear everything that is happening in the corridor. If you want to sleep in - this is not going to happen as you will be awoken by the nose of kids shout8ng, banging doors, cleaners dropping stuff...

Wonderful hotel in the heart of the city. Walking distance to the city center and most main attractions. Very nice staff - kind and helpful. There's a small but not too small refrigerator, an electric cattle and glasses. The bed and pillows are comfortable. There's coffee on the first floorStrongly recommendWe will be coming again

good location - close to the bus station and the center. very nice staff.

terrible sewer smell from the bathroom. no soundproofing. light from under the door from the hallway at night. bad ventilation.

The room was pretty and clean. The staff was very pleasant. It is very close to the old town and the price is good.

The bathroom smelled awful and the sink is weirdly placed outside the bathroom.

Great room, lobby looks a bit shabby, but the rooms itself are great! Very comfy bed, and open shower in the room

Checking in was very easy and the hotel was easy to find. 15 minute walk from Plovdiv South Bus/Coach Station on an easy to navigate route. Beds were great and room warm. Organised an extra night very helpfully.

The member of staff who let was in was very kind, polite and accommodating.

There was a kettle in the room, but, although I tried various sockets. I could not get it to work :( The hotel doesn't offer breakfast.

interior design in the room, location of the hotel, comfortable and professional organisation of the reception desk, and that red hotel neon outside!

the room (and the balcony) could be better maintained, cleaner... and it would be lovely to find tea mugs plus some tea, not only an electric kettle there

It was a nice hotel, clean, in the city center and very close to public transportation. The staff was very friendly and helpful on whatever I asked for. I would go again for sure since the price was also ok for the facilities.

It doesn't have an elevator so if you have many luggage it's not that easy to move around. The rooms are quite small and the cheapest one that I booked (two separated beds) was for 1 person max. Also there is no breakfast. These issues are not that important for me but you have to know them in advance.

Check in and out was easy. Location of the hotel is good.

Walls were pretty thin, could hear people from the hallway and the rooms next to us. The hotel had a bad odor, assuming from the piping of the building.

This is one of those cases where pictures can’t be trusted!The place looks nice in pictures, but it’s nothing like it. For instance, both bed lamps hanging from the wall by the cords. Floor has been damaged (water soaking?) so much that the door to the toilet barely opens. Sink was full of hair from the previous guest, floor also not clean. Generally poor standard on everything, poorly build, bad craftsmanship, only made to look good from the distance/in pictures.

The location is perfect. The room size is great for staying of 1-2 nights. The staff is Very Very kind, i really appreciate their help

The walls are very thin and you can hear the neighbours. Also there was a quite bad smell in the bathroom, probably from the drainage (sewer)

Good locations

Parter...dark no view, but that ok because I did not spend a lot of time in the room.

Nice hotel between the train station and old town (about 15 mins walk from both). Free wifi. Mini bar (not free ;-). There's aircon and a decent shower

I like location

Family rooms are on the 4th floor without elevator. Usually, familys with kids are travelling with a lot of luggage. And bring all your suitcases to the 4th floor without elevator is a real problem. And the room is small. Clean and cozy but very small.

Bad

the building was converted to a hotel not comfortable.The are not offering even simple shampoo.They are seling you a shampoo.The location is bad.All the taxi services couldn't stop in front of the hotel.You have to walk 200 meters to the hotel with your suitcases.I will never book this hotel again.This was nightmare for me.The room was dark no acces to the fresh air.

I always liked the location and modern look of the hotel and friendly staff

I have been in this hotel every time in plovdiv.. This time i was dissapointed. Room was smelly of plumbing. Toilet did not flush at all. Room was hot ass hell and I could not sleep as AC was blowing dirrectly at my face (this i dont blame the hotel just the heatwave). A loud family was staffed in the next rooms that were all night running around, knocking on doors and yelling on the corridor. When I informed them to be quiet they got offended and angry. Walls are very thin.

I loved the compact but functional-ness of the room.

Lack of ventilation in the bathroom gives it a bit of a mildew smell.
