SPS Hotel

Everything was nice, room was clean. Тhere is parking space free for the guests. There is a ev charger with really nice price.

Really good hotel. The guy in the reception speaks English and Spanish really well. This could be so helpful for some people. Room was perfect. Curios but I really love shampoo and de body wash products.

Staff was accommodating and property was very clean! Vesko at the front desk was amazing and answered all of our questions and helped us navigate around town!

The restaurant wasn’t open which was disappointing.

The economy room is actually quite decent. It was everything I needed and that A/C was doing great job while it was 43°C outside.

The only reason for not giving them maximum is wifi. It was sooo bad in my room, constantly on the lowest range and breaking.

Clean beautiful rooms with good breakfast for 85EUR. Haven't had such good value in a while.

We were 3 adults and only two beds were prepared.

The room was very clean, comfortable, and spacious, with a cozy couch and a convenient desk for work, making it perfect for both relaxation and productivity.

The hotel is a bit far from the city center, and the policies were confusing. Despite claiming daily housekeeping on the booking site, the in-room brochure stated service was only every 3 days. When I requested housekeeping, they only took out the trash and replaced towels, which was disappointing.

The price was fair.

The lobby bar didn't work. The cleaning service knoked on the door several time 3 hours before the check out time.

The breakfast was not good at all. There was no option, we sat and a waitress brought us breakfast without asking anything.

I really liked the view from my room which was on the 16th floor. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner warmed the room pretty quickly. The sewing kit came just in hand. TV had a lot of channels. The receptionist during check in was very nice and helpful. The overall hygiene was good except 1-2 problems. Towels and linen were fresh and clean. Very, very good quality for its value.

The WiFi is very weak and low speed. There were nail clippings and hairs in the bathroom, which I consider a severe hygiene misconduct. During check out I had to wait for the receptionist to finish a 5-minute call.

Elevators are very old andI was stuck in an elevator for 20 mins due to a malfunction.

I got the large room , everything was new and modern with smart tv , great facilities and got a free access to the pool

In top floors the Wi-Fi is working but not stable

The hotel is big and the rooms are very big and comfortable, there wasn’t any breakfast available and not much to find to eat around.

The pool is big but quite old and not so clean around it.

We enjoyed our stay here . It was easy enough to taxi in and out of town and the pool was fab.

It was a bit out of town and I wouldn't classify this as a 4 star hotel, but it was comfortable and clean.
