The hotel is really nice. Rooms are comfortable and very clean, with all the amenities. The staff is really polite and willing to help. Also the location is great, right at the city center.

The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast buffet. The options, although fresh, were limited.

The hotel is new and modern, beautifully blending classic architecture with a contemporary interior. It’s situated on a hill in the city centre, facing the incredible view of the Old Town of Plovdiv. The rooms are spacious, clean, quiet, and very comfortable.Breakfast is exceptional and served à la carte, which adds a special touch. The truffle omelette I had was perfect. I loved starting my morning on the restaurant terrace, enjoying a delicious omelette and coffee while admiring the view of the Old Town.

I stayed in a room that didn’t face the Old Town, which was a bit disappointing. If I had an Old Town view, I would have definitely rated my stay 10/10.

Very nice hotel - apparently a retrofit from pre-existing buildings, but from the inside, it seems totally modern. Great location and views from our room. Excellent staff!

Allot of stairs to get to the center

Staff were excellent and made us feel very welcome. Parking right outside building was very convenient and really appreciated the help to reserve a spot for us. Loved that property also had a small gym.

Restaurant was little pricey for what we got

What made me book was primarily the location, and it didn't disappoint at all. The whole place was very clean and the staff is great. The food - great taste, quality and attention to detail. One of the best beds I've slept on - slept like a baby on a cloud (you know, if the baby was in their 30s and the cloud offered some back support).

The people on reception were very welcoming, friendly and efficient. The bed was very comfortable, and the room well supplies with essentials! The location was good - only a few minutes away from the start of locations for sight seeing. It is uphill!!!!

The staff in the restaurant were rather surly when we had breakfast. The portions put out on the breakfast buffet were very small - you felt a bit guilty taking any!!!Although a lovely hotel with a fascinating history, we thought it was rather expensive for what it was and the size of the room we were allocated.

The room I booked was supposed to be bigger, I was told it wasn’t available, the one I stayed in was rather small had a weird smell at first, and I was told I will receive some compliments, a policy of the hotel, but didn’t get any.

Excellent and comfortable modern room, perfect location and friendly staff

Pleasantly surprised for my first visit - exceptional value for money. Location is unbeatable, staff was competent and polite, lovely complement from the restaurant and a very nice room. Definitely coming back on my next visit to Plovdiv.

The location and the staff are great. They also have a nice loungedeck. The rooms are spacious and clean.

Nice hotel, but the breakfast was disappointing. Other reviews mentioned a great breakfast, but we only found a very basic buffet. The buffet was not five-star quality; the scrambled eggs were particularly bad. After asking the waiter multiple times if the buffet was all that was available, he mentioned we could order toast with salmon or avocado, which were just okay. When I inquired about other egg options, I was told they came with additional charges, which is unacceptable for a five-star hotel. Overall, the breakfast experience ruined the entire stay.

Everything. The restaurant, the rooms, the staff, the location. The fitness is small, but good enough.

I think this was my best accommodation ever I stayed during my business trips. Its a true gem !absolutely fantastic place,modern design,every little detail was just perfect! Starting from the high standard furniture and material,ending at the professional staff. Mot forget to mention about the local restaurant! Breakfast is not included but its worth to pay and have a freshly made just for me :)
