Good location,free parking,friendly and helpful staff

There was no slippers.The water was charged ,instead of welcoming serving.

good and cheap breakfast, a bit older in design room, 11 minutes by walking from old town.

I was surprised that the pictures match the real condition of the hotel. The room was immaculate, spacious, comfortable and cozy.Friendly and polite staff.

The location is great,the breakfast was nice. The staff were super polite.

Unfortunately the air conditioning is not efficient at all,the rooms are too hot for the summer period in Plovdiv. You cannot control the A/C (central,build in the rooms ceiling) and it feels like fan.

Room was very spacious and comfortable excellent location not far from the city center and staff was lovely.

The location is perfect. The parking lot is a life-saver. The bathroom is very modern and the shower is spacious.

The staff has had little or no training at all. Customer service is science fiction. The AC didn’t work at all and no-one told us at check-in. When I asked at the reception the answer was that they know and they’re working on it. No clue when it will be fixed. No apology. No nothing. On the next day there was a notice in the elevator…

Very nice hotel. I will make sure we stay there every time we go to Plovdiv. It is just a few minutes to downtown. Museums, restaurants and cafes are in a very close proximity. I highly recommend it. The staff is polite. Breakfast is excellent

Seems to be a relatively new building, good location, nicely done and clean bathroom with spacious shower stall, balcony with a small table, the room is large, there is a desk and a small table as well. The AC and the WiFi were both working. Ah, and there’s free parking, although the number of spots is limited and it’s on a first come first served basis, so plan accordingly.

The beds were a bit rickety and squeaky, so it was quite difficult to fall asleep with the other person turning in their sleep.

staff is very friendly! free parking is a major plus! breakfast was amazing! location cannot be more perfect as it is very close to most attractions. Room was very clean and quiet.

Room size was great. Beds are very comfortable and as well good hygiene in the room and in the bathroom.

Loud music from the restaurant in front of the hotel after midnight. Since there is no 24/7 reception, you can't do much about it. Breakfast was ok, but not much choices.

The room was big, the bed was comfy, the staff at our arrival was pleasant and spoke good English

No milk with the tea/coffee facilities in the room (was told they don't do milk) "air conditioning" is controlled by city so was blowing out warm air (was told not something they can control)but the absolute worst was the TV - scrolling to see what's on and porn popped up, not restricted no warning, receptionist in the morning grinned when I raised this as a concern. Will not return

Good location, close to the city center, parking on the street, the room is quite small. Comfortable beds, clean, smoke-free, quiet enough. There was a refrigerator in the room.

I relied on the reviews of a good breakfast - we were probably unlucky - the coffee was from the coffee machine, the food was not served, that is, some items from the menu were not enough for everyone. In general, a normal breakfast is if you arrive by 7:30, probably, and not by 8:30.

The apartment was spacious, well equipped and clean.

This hotel never fails, this is our 3rd time coming here and every time, same comfort same cleanliness same warmth. Perfect

Handy enough for Kapana and the old town. Bathroom spacious and modern.

The breakfast buffet was a bit frugal and the guy doing buffet breakfasts at the weekend was unfriendly and unhelpful and unhygienic. Some customers had left food on their plates that they hadn't eaten and I saw him pick the food off their plates and put the food back in the buffet for someone else to unwittingly take and eat. When the pancakes had all been taken I asked if he was doing some more, he said yes if I waited 30-40 minutes!

Location and parking, check in was easy and it was clean.

Had a nice stay here. Quiet location, still close enough to the main areas, 10 minute walk to Kapana district, 15 to Old Town.Lively bar / restaurant opposite.Staff very accommodating called us a couple of taxis when we needed.Would recommend.

Location of the hotel is perfect, rooms are clean, big and quiet. You can reach the old town in 15 min walk.

The room was large, the beds were comfortable.Despite being close to a main road, no traffic sounds.Free parking and within walking distance to the Old Town.

I liked the location and the parking option

- someone was smoking (a lot) in our room before our arrival, and even though I notified the reception I was not offered another room or any remedies for the unpleasant smell. - after 00:00 hotel is closed and you need to use a separate key to get in, opening is not very straightforward
