Business Hotel Plovdiv - Central Location

Location is the best thing. It has free parking for your car. Personal was really nice and warm hearted. Breakfast was really on point. Strongly recommended! Best match for price performance.

Facilities could be a bit new but it's ok for this price.

The room was pretty big, and the staff was really friendly and accommodating. When we made our initial reservation we made an error, but after calling staff, the girl fixed everything for us really quickly and was polite. When we arrived, the staff gave us directions to a nearby supermarket and pharmacy as well.

The breakfast was really disappointing. We got croissants and we were pretty surprised to see that they were just slightly heated up supermarket croissants with a bit of banana on the side. There was also mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. There was no fan in the bathroom either, so it was so hard to get rid of the steam after showering. And no shower gel either, just a hard soap bar. And we were surprised we had to make the bed ourselves, insert the duvet into the cover and all.

Good location, old town is within walking distance. Big, clean room with big comfortable beds.

Breakfast was just ok compared to other places that we visited during our stay in Bulgaria. Parking also can be challenging.

On the positive side, the staff were genuinely fantastic—friendly, super helpful, and a real credit to the establishment. The location was also very convenient for exploring the city.

Unfortunately, these positives were overshadowed by the issues with the room. Upon entering, there was a persistent bad smell, which I believe was coming from the bathroom drains. This was quite unpleasant and meant we had to keep the window open constantly to air it out, which was not ideal with the weather or for security.Furthermore, the breakfast offered was disappointing due to its very limited options. It felt repetitive and lacked the variety you'd expect.

The staff were very helpful and we ended up staying 2 nights all of our needs were met, the room was very clean and spacious and whatever we needed the staff gladly helped and the breakfast was very tasty

That at breakfast, it wasn't a buffet. They only gave you one dish. And if you didn't like it, you couldn't change it.

The reception staff were outstanding. Welcoming and helpful. I stayed at this hotel for a folk festival in a near by park. It was ideal location.

If you look for something simple that works great, this is a great place. Don't expect luxury. It is a clean and nice place, with great staff - a place that does the job. Breakfast was nothing fancy and special but it was freshly made and tasty.

Although the hotel is located near busy roads, it is still in an excellent location not far from the city centre of Plovdiv.

Even though the hotel is facing an active road, it’s located in a walkable distance from all the Plovdiv sightseeings.The breakfast was delicious, the room was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable with the overall experience and quality of the stay matching the price.

The parking spots are pretty limited, and the room was facing the road which at some point can become pretty noisy unless the window is closed.

Comfortable and well maintained room, good internet connection, delicious and varied breakfast, good everyday cleaning,location is neat to the center of the city, 10-20 minutes to Old Town of Plovdiv by bus and 25-30 minutes by foot

Quite a large room. It's a little bit further out than some other hotels, but still not a bad location about 15 mins walk to either the centre/shopping area of Plovdiv or the railway/bus station (watch out for the crazy paving footpaths though..). The little complimentary chocolates are a nice touch.

The only negative was that the room smelled a bit uncomfortably musty/smoky, as if people had been smoking in it at some stage, or hadn't been aired out completely, although it wasn't strong enough to warrant asking for a change. Minor thing, but it was also slightly odd that the bed covers/sheets were not already on the bed and had to be taken from the wardrobe initially.

Proximity to centre and very friendly professional staff. Well furnished with comfortable beds. The breakfast was fantastic.
