No parking space, I had to look for a place nearby and park far from the hotel

Large apartment with two bedrooms, a decent living room and spacious kitchen. Looked clean to us. We could live there for a week with no problem at all. The beds were really comfy and we felt at home.

The shower needs fixing as its design allows water to leak into the bathroom. Also, the internet was not as strong at some locations inside the room. Further, the breakfast could be more entertaining.

The people was amazing, always making sure you felt comfortable and happy

It's not a couples cute hotel. It's more executive/group tours oriented. The area is industrial-ish so not really a place to go for a walk or so

Big rooms and clean with all the accessories. Breakfast was complete and full. The restaurant was great with open area and pleasant atmosphere.

The hotel its outside the city and you need a car or taxi for transportation for downtown. Also at the area of the hotel there is nothing to do. A big area of only the hotel and the apartments. But its a good location for travelers like us passing by to rest and sleep for the night. We would like a more close and secure parking, rather an open one beside the hotel.

The room was spacious - 2 single beds in bedroom 1 and a couch in the living room which was extended to meet our needs. The bathroom was clean and well set up. There was a small fridge that you can use for 1 or 2 items. There are enough free spaces at the parking lot in front of the hotel.If you need a hotel close to the highway and an easier way to exit the city - this is the place!

Not very close to the center of the city, but it may be a bonus, depending on the purpose of your stay.

Clean and large rooms with comfortable beds and perfect AC. Location may be far from the city centre but its easily accessible by 2 bus lines with stops about 5-10 minutes from the hotel.

Small nitpick, but no table or chairs on the balcony plus an AC that is mounted at the bottom and blows hot air directly into you.

Great, spacious and comfortable suite. Very peaceful.

The room was very big and comfortable. There is free parking with a security camera..Personels were very friendly

The breakfast was poor. If you are not a breakfast person, it is ok.

Good option for an overnight stop as it's located in a quiet residential complex outside the town centre. Free parking is a great plus. The room was in a relatively new building and it was spacious and reasonably well equipped. The communication and check in was very smooth.

After staying here, the hotel rating seems a bit inflated. The building indeed looks fairly new but the furnishings inside feel a bit dated and there was a strong odour in the room. The towels and beddings had a heavy bleach smell (which I guess is reassuring in the sense of cleanliness). One of the glasses had clearly not been washed. Note the location is far from the historic centre of Plovdiv so you will need a car if that's where you plan to go (not a problem for us). All in all, no major issues with this hotel, but the realistic overall rating should be in the 7-8 range.

The suite was perfect for our family. There was free parking available. The breakfast was ok - could have been a bit more tasty.

We stayed for two nights and on the first one there was a wedding in the building. Apparently they have a hall being offered for events. It was impossible for our kid and us to sleep as the sound was through to the third floor. The music stopped at around 23.30.

Looks very good inside and outside, at the edge of Plovdiv on the way to the industrial area - max 20 min by car so who needs a hotel for a business meeting the second day it is perfect. Big spacious rooms, clean, free parking, quiet, very affordable.

Area in construction. Plovdiv is developing at high-speed, vibrant city. So a lot of dust around because of the new construction. But all in all, for a hotel used by people who need big rooms, quiet area and with a desire to be close to the industrial area where all the big companies have their headquarters, it is perfect. The breakfast is not ok for more than a maximum of 2 nights.

Very comfortable hotel, free parking, nice location if you are visiting by car, there are some nice restaurants and bars in 5 mins. driving distance. As a positive meant critic I will say that the breakfast is ok but should be improved and that the bath has a slight odor of fried food, I assume because the ventilation system connects with the one of the restaurant in the ground floor.

Wonderful spacious rooms, exceptionally clean and wonderful staff on reception and in ,Avocado’ bar/restaurant. Breakfast was very good with hot and cold food.

The property is really clean, the rooms smell really nice. You also have complimentary water and chocolates in the rooms. The overall buidings are very nice.

The breakfast is really poor in options. Also for the shower amenities you only have shampoo and soap for washing hands. It would be nice to have shower gel for washing the body.The location is quite remote from old town, there is also a bad neighbourhood in the area, so walking is not advised.

The rooms were big and clean. We stayed in the new building, that was cleaner than the main building.The hotel had a parking space near the building.

The breakfast - bufet, was very poor and the same everyday. The hotel is in an area under construction and it was loud. The employees barely speak English. They washed the windows of the restaurant in the morning during us having breakfast there.

The room was huge with a separate living room. It was quiet and there was an elevator. There was plenty of free parking in their 2 parking lots. It’s out of town.

The restaurant was okay but not great. Breakfast was limited.

The room was clean and comfortable, delicious breakfast and a lot of choice, and staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant is very good and a nice place. There is Netflix that has paid subscription and the child was very satisfied. We would stay again.

The room was bigger than we expected and smelt very nice upon entry. Fully stocked mini bar. Great bathroom (not a wet room). Breakfast was good. Linen also smelt nice. Would stay again.
