Everything was clean and modern. The staff was very friendly. Everything in the spa area worked. The man with the volcanic stones was also great.

The bed wasn't the most comfortable. I was a little groggy the next day. The temperature of the water in the bathroom was very variable, sometimes it was warm, sometimes it was lukewarm.

The hotel is so comfortable, well managed, and is blessed with very good staff of workers who are happy to help with every question or inquiry. The manager is a very friendly gentleman he is always welcoming and helping with any matter that comes up, the check in was very smooth and easy, even after the Silvester eve the hotel offered a brunch from 9-15! This was a very brilliant and helpfull move..

The only thing I liked less was the fixed breakfast options, the breakfast has a lot to offer, but as a group that stayed for 5 days it was a bit boring.

The property is modern, the breakfast room is designed beautifully with splendid sun room towards the garden, rooms are wide and comfortable, the breakfast beverage can be more with more variety, for a person who stay for couple of days same breakfast even though its variant cab be boring.. the staff are very polite and cooperative.. special thanks to Vladimir the manager of staff who was extremely friendly and helpful helping with different tasks. Great place to stay in.Finally the spa is very clean with nice messages option

Pillows are very thick, not the kind I’m used to. At the corridor leading to the rooms sometimes smoking smell can be noticed, residents smoking out in the balcony keeping door open all smoking smells get inside

We love this kind of Hotels, big and nobody is bothering you with anything and everyone is nice and calm !! Great big room, clean and silent. Great Parking on site. The breakfast was nice and the Restaurant in the evening was very good, we will be back definitely !! Again very nice and polite Staff.

Liked the location near the city center, the spacious family room where we felt really like home, and the breakfast was a real treat for adults and kids with many options.

Would have liked to enjoy the SPA but it was not available in the evenings.

I was told I’d received a Premium upgrade to my Superior room. I asked at reception what exactly the upgrade was, since I’ve stayed here many times and always book a Superior room — the cheaper ones just aren’t worth the price.At this hotel, rooms closer to the elevator are usually better. The “upgraded” room I got was oddly shaped — very long, around six meters — which made the distance from the bed to the TV feel awkward. It didn’t feel very ergonomic.I asked to compare it with the regular Superior room I’d actually paid for. After some time at the computer, the receptionist offered to show me a similar room one floor below. It was identical but smelled fresher, had a stocked minibar, and the wallpaper was in better condition. I took that one — a small win for an already disappointed guest.When the hotel hosts company team-building events, the two elevators are simply not enough.I also don’t like the new restaurant menu. They removed the salmon with asparagus and hollandaise sauce — the only truly safe option — and replaced it with a strange deep-fried pulled pork meatball served with mashed potatoes, gravy, and oddly fried edamame. No comment.Breakfast has gone downhill as well: no omelets, no porridge, no freshly baked croissants.Raising prices while cutting costs and lowering quality doesn’t work well with loyal guests.

Well-kept hotel, with specious and spotlessly clean rooms. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming and we were really touched by the way they welcomed our Labrador. Along with a bowl and beef they have also had left a toy a treats for him, as well welcoming message - 10/10 for making your guests feel at home!

The loud and continuous noise from the building ventilation system , even if the AC is turned off!We had to use earplugs, to be able to get a few hours of sleep.

We got free room upgrade upon arrival. So the room was really specious. There was free healthy home made chocolate waiting us in the room. The bed was super comfy. The parking is free and specious as well. There is a beautiful garden in front and at the back of the hotel. The breakfast was amazing. We loved the stream bath and the spa in general.

In reality there is nothing to complain about. The only thing was a bit of noice from the restaurant after 10:00 pm as there was a wedding and people were staying out to smoke.

Very nice room, starf was friendly. Great room, comfortable bed, quiet. Breakfast selection was just OK. Room was great, spa wonderful. Massage the best in a while.

On the day they had a few apprentice from the local school, which I appreciate but they looked a little lost.
