Aurora Hills Hotel

Great location. Rooms are super small. We got 3 separate rooms for a total of 6 ppl - all were the same type.

Bathroom water leaks into the room on the carpet.Tiny mattress.no bedside tables.Tiny blanket for 2 ppl to share.Digital check in - you have to call a random number on the door of the place and get instructions to enter inside.

Nice and clean. Nice walking area in the city.

4th floor without elevator. It was hard to park the car although it was free parking from the hotel.

I rated 5 only because the top location and the room was nicely upgraded.

No elevator. Our room was on the 3rd floor. The stairs are extremely difficult to climb specially if you got luggage with you. The AC didn't cool down the temperature all night. No one on the receptions desk after 5:00 p.m. till next morning.

Fantastic location at the top of a pedestrian street in the centre of town. The rooms weren't big, but are cleverly designed to make the most of the space. Very clean

The water temperature in the shower kept changing from lukewarm to very hot every few seconds.

A good central location, the lady at reception was very friendly.

The keycards were faulty. We had to replace them twice, the first time, it was ok as it was in the afternoon, the second time, it was 2am and I just had no way in. My partner with our 7 month child was also locked out in the cold at 11pm. Thankfully, she was able to make a call. I wasn’t as lucky and with nobody answering the door, I ended up sleeping in the car. The stairs are also a pain, we were on the 4th floor and the stairs felt dangerous. One of the steps was broken - not ideal when you’re carrying a little person with you.

The room was small, but clean. Easy to go inside. The hotel has parking places in the center of the city, not really easy to get to that, but at least it has. For 1 night good, more days can be complicated.

Very small room. From the bathroom you step into the bed.

Tiny and cute apartments. Modern dedicated reception service.

Climate control in the apartments is poor. I can't set up a comfortable temperature. It always responded with error.

Clean, stylish, perfect location, rooms are well equipped and with modern technology.

Late at night it was difficult to get in touch with the staff - which was not fatal, but may be an inconvenience for some.

The room was very nice, equipped with all needed facilities. There is no check-in desk attended by a person but checking in following the instructions was smooth.

The location is central but facing a busy street. Although all windows were closed, it was too noisy at night for me. Steep stairs, no elevator. Be mindful if carrying heavy luggage.

The location is perfect, the interior is also nice. The room is not big, but has an iron, which is really nice. The TV was working. The air-conditioning is also working fine.

There was a strange smell when we entered, maybe from the cleaning. Later in the day it was fine.The water in the bathroom was acting strange, changing strangely between hot and cold. The sewer line in the bathroom was clogged.

The location is very good and central

Reserved a 4 person's room and it was a double, so very not comfortable and paid for a REAL 4 beds room

Location is very central. You can visit old town by walking. Rooms are clean. Everything was fine.

It doesn't have an elevator.

Location is in the centre and it is close to many restaurants and shops. I also liked that there were iron and hair dryer and a bottle of water as a compliment.

It was very expensive and the room was very small. And just to note that the room was on the 4th floor and there was no elevator.

The property was great! Super clean, top location and I really appreciated the quality of the sheets! We slept super comfortably!

The room was bit smaller than expected

Location, but parking was complicated( in a narrow street)and our car was scratched There was complimentary bar in the room ( warm) beer and bottle of water- was nice.

Rooms were not ready for our arrival. The sofa bed was not made, fridge was off and air conditioning was off. We had winter duvet for covering and was 40 degrees outside, when I asked for lighter cover, one extra sheet- the told me to take out the duvet and to adapt what I have. During the night the air conditioning stopped working- after calling the virtual reception- someone came to fix it

Messed up my booking

Booked a classic quadruple room, got a double room. Do i need to say more? No compensation or anything.

It was a great location about city center and old touwn. The rooms are modern and new.

The rooms are located on a main car street and it was noisy during night.

Excellent location, very close to downtown area, restaurants and shops. Easy check in/out process and friendly and helpful staff.

Room was a bit small but it was functional. Parking was difficult even with the reserved spots as non-hotel guests were using them...

Really cozy well organized hotel close to the city center. Room has all the facilities you could think about. Complimentary snacks provided. Self check-in with keyless access. Everything is modern.

Only one thing - the shower was a disaster. Water pressure jumped all the time (probably temporary problem with a pump, which has no buffer tank) and in combination with gas water heating it was giving very unpleasant experience 1 second of very low pressure with cols water following with 1 second of high pressure boiling hot water.
