Noviz Hotel

Good location a short walk from the center of town on one side, and across the street from a lovely park on the other side. Friendly and helpful staff.

Only one power outlet in room ... and it took a lot of "fiddling" to make an electrical connection. Toilet connected to sewer with what looked like exposed flex pipe. Didn't break while I was there, but was a rupture waiting to happen.

Place was clean and staff was friendly. All was very tidy and felt comfortable as if you are visiting a relative.

Bathroom needs refreshing and the water pressure was not very good. Take tea instead of coffee.

the young lady at reception was extremely helpful and stayed past the early hotel closing time to help me because my bus was very delayed getting into town, the breakfasts were great, the staff were super friendly.

It's in an excellent location for the old town. The staff were very helpful and the room was a good size.

I would prefer a buffet breakfast but the breakfast provided was perfectly adequate.

The bed was a bit hard.

The room was bright, clean and spacious. It was centrally located. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I wish I had time to experience the breakfast because I had a tour lined up. But the brief breakfast that I did have was wonderful.

The place was clean, cozy, and exactly what I needed. The host was friendly and everything went smoothly. Would definitely come back!

I arrived late but Hristo waited for me and helped me with my check in. The lady at the reception helped me with the breakfast and allowed me for a late check out.

If you're fond of luxury hotels this is not the place for you. It has all the necessary and basic amenities at a great price

Located in a quiet area along Ruski Blvd about a 15min walk from the Bus Station and also a 15min walk to the main square. The room came with air conditioning, mini fridge, kettle, TV. Wifi was good and decent breakfast. If leaving early they do a take away breakfast and provide complimentary bottled water

The hotel is a bit dated. Only one restaurant across the street which can be very busy over the weekend

Elevator didn't work at check out time and we had to bring our cases by stairs from 5th floor.Hotel parking was full - and again our luggage was to be brought something like 250m from the nearest available public parking place. Nothing too serious to lower the rating but somewhat spoiled impression

The price was really good for this location, it was easy reaching all places of interest in the city center. The room was spacious.The breakfast was also good value for money, containing everyhting needed for a good start of the day, without being too rich.

The doors of the rooms in the apartment and the door of tha bathroom were made of glass, which was very unpleasant for us, breaching our privicy. We were with a 2 years old kid and she had to go to bed early, but the lights coming through the windows form the other part of the apartment were really an issue. The facilities in the bathroom were a bit worn out, but that was not a big issue anyway.

I didn’t have breakfast, location was good enough felt safe walking back to hotel late at night, room was ok, aircon,tea,coffee,fridge in room Booked hotel taxi from airport to hotel and back it was good value

I had a room with a bath in it, maybe would have liked a walk in shower BUT I DID NOT REQUEST THIS WHEN MAKING A BOOKING, most older people would need shower room No bar in hotel ☹️ o ya ? up for the reception lady when we arrive

It was a cold in the room although the air conditioner was working on 27 degrees C.

It's very confortable. Nearby the main area of Provdiv. Wide room with a buthtab.
