    • The location is about a 10 minute walk to old town. The price was cheap.
    • Location it was ok. But the bathrooms were not cleaned well. The bath tub also. You needed to expect 10 minutes to have hot water. The chafes were torn and unsmoothable. The breakfast also it was not so good. I do not recommended this hotel. Is too old and too expendable. This is my opinion from the business room that i have been. Only the staff it was perfect.
    • No problem but not smiling reception

    Cons -

    • The hotel is gawdy and it hides the filth. The staff try but speak very little English. They have a key system that must be in the slot to give power to the outlets. That means nothing can charge when you are not in the room - this is impracticle.
    • I don't advşcw this hotel. Not clean, elevagor has problem. I stayed at 8th floor but i went to 9th fioor and then used down stairs. Breakfast is bad and there is an old woman always disturbed me in Bulgarian and then asked me in English Rooms number? not room number ! Not 4 stars!
    • The room was not clean for the standards of a 4-star hotel. We had a leak in the bathroom that we did not see and my partner slipped and almost fell down. The mattresses were old and uncomfortable. The hall was smelling really weird. The blanket was dirty and it looked like sh*t. Overall, it was a really bad experience.

Short walk from Yug Avtogara. Next to hiking trails Two Plovdiv hills, nice and modern Mall, singing fountains, park and then short walk 45 minutes to Central Plovdiv and Old Town.

No shower curtain, slowly draining sink which I corrected by removing the stopper and then digging up the accumulated hair with my pocket knife. But the worst is a west facing room exposed to constant Sun during a hot day. The AC was off during our outing and we returned about 5:00 PM to 30 C room and it only started cooling down around sunset by 8:40 PM.The front desk agent responded to my call, quickly finding that a window had been open during our absence, only could have been housekeeping to ventilate the room while she made the beds. But it appears she left the window unlocked and then the AC automatically will NOT operate.A second call to the desk agent resulted in an admission of the AC being inadequate to cool down the room under current weather conditions. Also the second agent said changing rooms then would be futile as unoccupied rooms have no power and thus no climate control. My mistake was waiting too long for the second time, as I could have requested another room on the East side. The second agent also admitted being unable to provide a shower curtain at that time.Staff was very quick to arrive, but really had no beneficial options at their disposal.

Perfectly located, 8 minute walk from Plovdiv train station. I was on the 8th floor (room 806), the views of the mountains were stunning. 10 minute walk from the Red Army monument, 10/15 minute walk from the Amphitheater.

The heating wouldn’t turn off so I had to sleep with the window open.

DON’T GO, GUYS. SLEEP IN YOUR CAR IF YOU HAVE TO, BUT DON’T GO TO THIS HOTEL!!!

I'M TELLING YOU AS SOMEONE WHO STAYS IN HOTELS A LOT, NEVER COME TO THIS HOTEL!!!My friend was trapped in a tiny elevator for over 50 minutes, and what we went through was absolutely terrible. It took over 20 minutes for the technicians to arrive, and no one explained anything to us. When we asked what to do, the hotel staff simply said, "We’ll just wait!"My friend was stuck between the L and R floors, and since we were on the R floor, we could hear each other when we shouted, and her phone was still working. But as time passed, she told us she was struggling to breathe, and the ventilation wasn’t working. I specifically told the hotel staff that she was struggling to breathe and needed help. When the technicians arrived 20 minutes later, not a single word of explanation was given. The technicians went up with the other elevator. My friend was still telling us she couldn’t breathe.I asked the staff, "Did you call an ambulance?" and he said no. I told him to call one immediately. After 30-35 minutes, we kept calling my friend, but she wasn’t answering. We were shouting as loud as we could, and I swear people on the 4th or 5th floors must have heard us, but we got no response. She had already told us she couldn’t breathe, and we were in complete panic. It turns out they were going to pull the elevator to the top floor to get my friend out, but why didn’t they explain this to us? We were having a full-on crisis, and people were trying to calm me down, but still, no explanation was given!!The worst part is that because no one told my friend anything, she thought the elevator might fall as it moved, making her even more terrified. What if something had happened to her because of the fear? After 55 minutes, she was finally freed from the elevator, and it took her more than 15 minutes to get her breathing back to normal. By the time everything ended, the ambulance still hadn’t arrived.DON’T GO, GUYS.

The location of this hotel is excellent and the views from the rooms are stunning. There is parking available but you do have to pay a daily charge for this.

The cleanliness of our room and corridor outside were poor and the shower hose was leaking. There was a bath - but no plug to allow us to actually take a bath. The hotel decor is bizarre and psychedelic which is actually a big attraction for us. However much of the property now looks tired and in need of refreshment. We have stayed here many years ago and noticed the increased shabbiness which is a shame.

Location of the hotel is convenient, right across a shopping center and close to the old town. The staff in the reception and the restaurant is friendly and attentive. The breakfast is simple, not one for a four star restaurant. The room is competitively spacious. The view from the upper floors is beautiful. Parking is available if you pay for it.

The room was far from clean, needs to be checked by the executives after being cleaned by the maids. There was hair on the carpet on the floor. The tulle curtains were torn. The pillow cover was so used up that it tore apart when hold. The towels looked dirty and grey, definitely need to be changed completely as the dirt seems impossible to be washed away. The mini refrigerator was impossible to use as it is full of yellow stains. There was also a bad smell in the room. The hotel needs to be renovated thoroughly.

    Clean, large rooms, pleasant staff

By far the coldest breakfast choices at any hotel I have ever visited. Including chilled fried eggs, chilled French toast chilled scrambled eggs, the theme continued.

Good location, great staff, very nice place!

The breakfast was cold, and some of the food tasted odd.

Location between station and city is excellent. Rooms were characterful with a certain retro charm. The kettle in the room was a nice, and (as it turned out) essential, touch. Lovely comfy furniture, good lighting, nice views.

Breakfast was extensive but everything was cold - including the fried eggs! The 'hot water' was also not hot enough, so the tea was horrible. Luckily there was a kettle in my room. It would put me off returning, sadly. No shower curtain in bathroom, so water went everywhere.

The room is super spacious and it has an amazing view. The breakfast variety it was also ok. The big jacuzzi tub is the star of the room.

The temperature in the lobby for breakfast, too cold. The mattress could be more comfortable.

    Very poor

booking is not a reliable site, be very careful, especially try to stay in corporate and well-known hotels. Other hotels are not reliable. booking also does not assume responsibility. rellais della porta hotel in naples, italy later stole 500€ from me by copying my credit card. bokking did nothing. the hotel had received 9.2 points from bokking. do not trust the scoring system either
