The staff were fantastic and very accommodating. The food was also the best we’d had India! Amazing breakfast and dinner by the beach. Perfect stay !

I made an online booking and did an advance payment as well.. When i reached the property there were no rooms available as they had been allotted to couples on hourly basis.. the staff asked me to wait for 30 mins for room to get empty…. Finally after waiting for almost 1.5 hrs i was allotted a room and the Owner of the property told me that they have tie ups with Casinos and the room they have given me is usually used for casino customers so he might ask me to vacate the room later in the night if there is a casino booking made at anytime… i was asked to pay 1000₹ extra if i didnt want to get disturbed 2 or 3 AM in the night… So i ended up paying extra 1000₹ for the room

NothingI was made to pay some days in advance and was denied check in on arrival.As per a message that I received on booking.com, they had done the check in in my name and probably allotted the room for some other person/purpose possibly impersonating me.

I suspect some foul play since the room was technically used by me whereas I was not even allowed inside.

The location

We did not end up staying there as the bedsheets, room and bathroom were very dirty.

This hotel is only for Indian nationals... They should really give that information on booking.com instead of on arrival.I Arrived about 01am and because of that they let me in wich was really nice cause I was nackered after flying all day

Breakfast was never offer and bicycle was not offer. The reservation says full breakfast and free bycycle.

The room and toilet was clean. The bed linen was just OK.

Never book your stay in this horrible and cheap mentality place. They have no regards for customers, no manners. I feel that safety is also an issue. Look for another place instead. The Inn reception manager Rajesh, is a very rude and rigid person. He does not understand your issues and lies and complicates matters. When asked he would not give the contact number for the owner to speak to. After a lot of argument and shouting the owner did come down from upstairs but was not helpful and was taking the side of the manager. She even said that this is typical Indian mentality. I wonder what mentality does she have living in India. There were three issues which I raised - 1). why did they charge me more than what my booking on Booking.com showed. I wanted to know the breakdown of the charged amount during check-in. They could not tell and insisted it has come from the top level of OYO. 2). I was asking for a formal receipt for my payment but they refused saying you will get it online. 3). They refused to provide breakfast which was included in my original booking saying that we do not do breakfast at all, although it even shows pictures of breakfast on the booking site. When asked for a refund for the breakfast money they said you have to ask Booking.com. There was a lot of heated arguments back and forth and I had to face a load of verbal insults and foul language. I felt threatened and insecure. It is a very cheap atmosphere there.Even on complaining to the customer service of the main OYO office nothing happened, no resolution after repeated calls and discussions. All the blame was put on Booking.com for not giving the correct details on their website for this place and I was told to sort out with them. No breakfast, no lifts, no beach front, the beach is about 15 - 20 minutes walk away. No tea making facilities, they charge for tea and bottled water. The place does not have many amenities around.Never book here. Bad experience. Unprofessional people.

Good ambiance not too costly. Staffs are very good. Well-maintained rooms. Very clean and hygienic place to stay. Overall very good I can say.
