Location is good if you have work in the area, room fittings , bathroom etc up well done and maintained.The room service menu was well thought of. It would be nice to see some authentic goan food as well.
Some signage to find the property would be good. If unfamiliar with the area it can be a bit time consuming to locate , especially if you arrive late night like I did
Staff was not helpful at all, phone headset was not working and even after complaining they did not take any action. Overall it was bad experience.
poorly maintained,no basic requirements are provided like shower cap etc. ( even after request).break fast is very simple.water in the toilet bowl is not flushing.

Owner's reaction on blocked sewage. We complained first day and he was putting it on us. Though it was out day1. Food has insect. Not very hygiene. At same price, you can get much better in calangute or baga or south goa
