the bed was very comfortable, breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly.

There were workers outside my window multiple times during my stay

Absolutely nothing I am extremely dissatisfied with this hotel and my experience here.

Mandatory gala dinner charges for New Years. Staff shorted me cash when exchanging my cash to local currency. I had to figure it out myself in order to get my money back. I don’t think they would have notified me. Room is supposed to be five stars.

Nice view of the river and very nice pool.

Many of the electrical outlets did not work. The Internet was slow and hard to get going. We were not told about the mandatory New Year's Gala for 8000rs ea until we got there but they rescinded it as we did not want to go to that.

The location is great and the staff is very attentive and helpful. Absolutely had a great stay and we had a great time. Chef Tamang's asian fest was fab.

Just that south Indian fare at breakfast could be lot better and improved as idlies were pasty and dosas have very sour taste.

The staff service was extremely below hilton standards.. Front desk staff named Babu need to be further groomed in handling guests. Poorly organized breakfast seating.and overall experience. Definitely Not worth a stay for that price.

Breakfast, dinner and staff serving us while for lunch or dinner or breakfast were all very kind and supportive.

While I gave my car for valet parking when I receive my car back my whole choclate bag were missing. I don't expect staff of Hilton to be dishonest. Honesty is main thing we expect when we stay in hotels or resort and I found this lacking. Not happy at all because of this. Even my water bottle was also missing.

No welcome drink on arrival, it's a 5 star right ?We ordered Ceaser chicken salad at 2:30 pm and food came at 3:15 pm too after 4 times the reminder. That salad is not even having chops egg, chicken bites only full of mayonnaise lettuce and bread crumbs. Pathetic to eat.. we lost our appetite and didn't order the main course. We complained too but no one taken any response. Just a call, no apologise dinner or at least snacks as I informed the restaurant manager I didn't have my lunch.. I am also from hospitality, for small mistakes we used to run here there to make guests comfortable , give gesture gifts or complimentary dinner, so could accept more from 5star hotel. It was my anniversary gift to my wife and she didn't want to come here again.. not Mee too.Breakfast was also not good, over cooked eggs, salty omlet, only dosa and poha can be eatableThanks

Rooms are suffocating n staff are so rude

Excellent for a short getaway and it has two great restaurants- comida and Feliz. Staff was very courteous. Rooms were good value for money. Has a nice infinity style pool, river view and kids club.

Located slightly away from Panjim city which leads to costlier taxi rides due to the Goan taxi ‘system’.

Breakfast was great. View was wonderful.

The recreation room should be open for a little longer

DoubleTree Hilton exceeded my expectations in every way. The staffs were exceptional, Warm, attentive and always ready to help. What stood out most was the individual attention they gave to each guests, making the experience very personal and special.Both breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options and impeccable service.

Rooms had a slight musty smell, possibly due to the heavy rain and moisture in the season.

Balcony view of the river, staff were super, food was great n Resort was very well kept Front desk & restaurant staff were very cordial.

Everything was good, the rooms, cleanliness, staff, etc. The hotel is well maintained with lots of areas to wander around. The bed was comfortable and the food was also very good.

They constantly tried to sell me a spa/massage.

Wonderful, clean and stunning place with a beautiful infinity pool. A little paradise with tasty and healthy food. Friendly and helpful staff.

Be aware that Goa is a party destination and some people come for the casino and drinking experience. We had a car, which was the best experience, but this might be different if you Depend on local taxis.

The mannerism of casino guest at the reception area......i suggest a separate space for both......

Loved the area around the pool, the balcony view to the river, the people were so nice. Beds are super comfy. People took very good care of me. Chandan was so kind and always greeted with a smile. Even the spa is very good.

The food is terrible - in room dining and the coastal restaurant. The breakfast buffet is way better. I really think Hilton should up its food game. Also, the bathroom flooring has water stains so needs a proper deep clean or renovation.

The staff was excellent.. Simran made us comfortable at the very start. Rooms were very nice and exceptionally clean.

Behaviour of other guests talking loudly during the night/ early morning hours; walking around the corridors with just towels around their waist. Believe these came off from the casino. It was just one night but it was very disturbing.
