They are hosting for 2 dogs... Which are freely roaming entire property.... Incl Dining hall which is most uncomfortable for non animal lovers. This is not the right place to host dogs... Property must be free from all discomforts of the guests not for dogs, how trained they are.

The location of the property is close to the airport, it will be an average place to stay at proor to your travel back from the Dabolim airport.

1. Did not seem a value for money.2 They have bizarre rules on food delivery person not entering the property whilst it is okay for people to order and bring food from outside. hence, the comfort aspect was missing.3. Cleanliness of the toilets and the furniture and foxtures is questionable. 4. Autolock on the door from the inside is not available. 5. We had a bad experience because the hotel owner was not allowing the cab to enter the property premises amidst heavy rains as we had to go to the airport. It led to an unnecessary argument resulting to drag the luggage out in the rain, which is something I have not experienced on any of my stays so far that ensure the comfort of their guests.

In the name of super double room they provided a room with mattress and blaming booking.com that they write at their ownOwner was mot a professional oneHe also stated that they do not have superior double room

Comfortable room, friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was plenty of choice and good. The owners 2 well behaved dogs made my stay so special. Very affectionate and ready to be stroked. They made my stay memorable. Lovely swimming pool.

Maybe the staff could do some tidying away of full ash trays, used towels around the pool etc.

bathroom was a bit dirty and there were some cockroaches running around. I upgraded to a room with a balcony, there was no where to sit and the door to the balcony could not lock.

The only good thing about this place was that it was a 10 min drive from the airport.

There were cockroaches in our room, the sheets and pillow cases had hair, no hot water, pressure in the shower was really low. The pool was sort of okay, but needed to be cleaned. There was no food served before 7:30pm (not sure what time the lunch ended), but luckily there was a local restaurant close by that was opened. In general the place looked really not well kept, which is a shame cos it has potential.

Happily back here for one night, proximity to GOI airport is under 5 minutes drive, making for a stress free trip.Very welcoming and relaxed and I was excited to eat there again.Very homey, gracious and delicious.I look forward to going back. Thank you all!

This casual resort is a very quick drive from GOI, (Dabolim) one of Goa's two airports. Surprisingly, I didn't really notice a lot of plane noise.Equidistant to the beach in one direction and the village in the other,  the approximate 1 km walk  would have been too hard for me. The hotel recommended the most patient and gracious driver Mr Tanaji, a gem, take note!As a solo traveller, I felt very safe and welcome. The staff is friendly and helpful. Google translate is a perfect tool to help with communication bumps, but everyone's English was a lot better than my Hindi. The atmosphere is summer camping holiday, it is very colorful, there are two friendly dogs, several cats, some turtles and a large aquarium.Families will feel at home here, there are toys everywhere.On the grounds you will finda covered seating area, a swimming pool, a garden with tables and an indoor dining room staffed by a very talented team. My butter chicken rivaled the best restaurant in Amritsar!I was given a nice room on the ground floor as requested:comfy bed, good water pressure, excellent AC and fan, fine Wifi. Drinking water and a kettle with instant coffee packets were also provided.No complaints.

Tariff is not inline with the standards, I get a 3 star accomodation for the same price with breakfast free, breakfast was billed, room was too small to accommodate 3 people published by them, rules & regs welcome instead of ambience

We stayed here for 1 night on 28th Jan 2023. The place was severely understaffed. No bellboys to help with luggage. Room service was late, delayed, 90 mins delivery time. The reception boy had to be woken up by us at 730am on 29th Jan, because the so-called breakfast (included in room tatiff) was missing. We decided not to argue the issue and had breakfast at the Airport.All in all, a very poor experience, I hope the owner takes this as constructive criticism and improves the services. Buy I think booking.com should delist this property. We give is 1.5/10.

The whole place could do with a deep cleaning and upgrade.

The staff, two guys, were so friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome! Really comfortable and good quality bed, pillow and duvet. Great location for the airport. Cozy athmosphere indoors and outside. Also probably the most quiet night we experienced in India. Only had time for a quick shower and 4 hours sleep but both were of great quality.

The room was clean and a good size with a decent balcony. Dinner was nice. Fortunately we happened to meet a taxi driver there to get a lift to the airport.

There were 2 large dogs on site with no warning of this. The pool was dirty. The young staff need more training in customer care. The shower was tepid.
