Superb little staff. Warm, courteous, hospitable, very ready to help in any way possible. At the end, a staff member asked if I would make any recommendations to improve the hotel. I told her I couldn't think of any. Excellent breakfast and restaurant.

The room lacked proper painting as it had levels of paint changes where painting had taken place at different times. The toiletries were not available in the room till asked for. Otherwise, things were ok

The room could have been set up better with cleaning done in good time before the guests arrive. Replenishing of soap, shampoo, etc. must be done regularly. Also, the towels must be provided when guest requests for as we were conscious of preventing wastage.

Literally everything about the hotel, right from Check-in to check-out was smooth. Room was good, exactly as shown in the photos, same for the bathroom, clean and well maintained. The food too was awesome, the most delicious food I've had from an in-house restaurant, enjoyed my stay. The complimentary breakfast buffet was absolutely delightful, great options. The staff too were polite and very helpful! Had absolutely no problems during our stay. The walking distance to the beach was the best, absolutely no crowd, got the feeling of being on a private beach, had an amazing photoshoot with the most beautiful view in the background, the beach was clean and water refreshing to the touch!

Nice staff; rooms and restaurant are clean; breakfast is good; room is spacious; location is fine; room rent is reasonable (off-season rate). Overall a nice hotel to recommend to anyone.

Although the hotel meets our satisfaction, we experienced small inconsistencies in hot water supply in the bathroom and WIFI. But it doesn't really affected us significantly.

staff behaviour as they have asked us to wait and visit room again for a remote which wasnt there ever.

Breakfast was good but there was no sausages and no sweet cakes slices and no green leafy salad.

When we first checked into the room the AC was not working. It took some half an hour and two visits by two technicians to get the AC to work.

Large spacious room that was comfortable and clean. Power cuts do seem to be an issue consistantly, with impact for a few seconds each time. It did result in one night not having AC working, so was an uncomfotable sleep. Outside of that night, they came next day to fix when informed and was fine since. Breakfast was solid.Staff were helpful arranging sight seeing tours.

Not many shops nearby , have to walk a little distance to the beach shore. The beach near by does not have a shore where you can sit on the beach , relax , dip your feet etc. for that you have to walk nearly one KM

Rooms were spacious.

1) Limited options for breakfast, no fruit juice.2) AC in two rooms were not cooling well.3) Only one small restaurant for all meals.

A GREAT PLACE TO STAY IN GOA ??Very comfortable rooms, pleasant-smelling main areasand delicious food! What I absolutely loved was the restaurant! The breakfast was different every day and incredibly tasty. As a European traveler (with different hygiene habits than those common in India), I must say that everything was very clean, and during my stay, I didn’t experience any health issues (no Delhi belly).

Comfortable stay close to the beach. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing!

The breakfasts and evening meals were good and you were given an option to order pasta dishes delivered to the hotel from their sister hotel if you wanted a change from curry dishes.

Although drinks beers, spirits and soft drinks.there was no wine list available

- very friendly and helpful staff ( many thanks to the young lady who organised for me needle and thread)- very good breakfast with european eggs and toasts and indian food as well. - comfortable beds - great family room with one double bed and two single beds for children - free car parking next to the hotel- close to the Dona Paula Vie Point- The hotel organises the laundry and it was very helpful for us. - the bathroom in Indian style but there was a toilate paper ?

- the beach near the hotel was dirty it is not the beach where you can swim

Very friendly and helpful staff. Homely feeling , though limited items on menu. Very convenient location connectivity to Panji city center and also 5 mins walk from dona paula beach.

Very kind and helpful lady at the reception desk, excellent service, clean nice hotel, not far from city center. Restaurant inside, open till night, but we didn't have time to try it, we stayed only 1 night. Breakfast nice.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast offered a wide range of meals to choose from, and my favourite lunch was the catch of the day, which was delicious and affordable. Shagufta, the receptionist, ensured my stay was worthwhile by arranging my day transport and providing shopping recommendations. Shobha, the housekeeper, kept our room impeccably clean. Melwin, the night receptionist, made our evenings pleasant and arranged transport to the extreme south. Sahil, the kitchen staff, welcomed me with a warm smile every day..How does that sound? ?
