Granpas Inn - Hotel Bougainvillea

The grounds, the staff, the welcome, the friendly vibe, the safety, the dogs, the bird watching. Really no downside, except for perhaps the breakfast that was slightly repetitive when you stay longer than 4 days. But, the food itself was yum, and prepared with love.

the pool could've been salt water. the breakfast could've been more goan - ross omelette, sannas. for the rates quoted, the boutique hotel could've offered 2 daily shuttles to the beach.

The staff was friendly. The whole property is kept neat and clean. It was very quiet and soothing inside though the property is road touch. The swimming pool of the property was awesome. It is a well maintained property and the location is also very good. Famous eateries, anjuna beach and chapora fort are nearby.

Lunch/dinner is okay ish..breakfast was good. The bathroom in the standard room is small. The one in the suite was of decent size.

Honestly apart from the location, this place was horrible. The tiles are full of moss, so please be careful or expect broken bones. The staff attitude is ridiculous. They charge to change your linen, to make your bed, and they don't even give you basic cutlery. The linen is in such bad condition, they are stained and torn. The staff is really weird- you have to beg for basics like a hair dryer etc, and they have no toiletries in the loo

Nothing-liked nothing- this place had so much potential- but the bad attitude screwed it up

Got a litle aniede, the called men and knokked the dor reminding me of ckleckout, 30 minutes befor chekout, 3 times the tild me not to chek out late. Litle stresful as i try to pak my logage. a litle fa lut if you have no car

Breakfast was excellent and included in the price. The staff were helpful and friendly and the rooms were clean and bright. Great value for money and potential to stay for longer. Swimming pool was delightful and the food we ordered was tasty.

There could be some more options like bacon or cheese omelette.

There was only one person helping serve breakfast. He could've used more help.

Property is nice, reception staff is also very polite.

There’s this old man who handles restaurant. He talks to you nicely but when there are foreign guests he prioritises them and keeps on ignoring your request. I went to have breakfast at morning and I was waiting for 15-20 minutes he did not take the order.. when I call him out he did responded. So I thought he might have not heard. I got up from the table went to the counter to give my order for breakfast but he didn’t heard it thrice. And I was just standing there people were looking at the face and I felt really insulted and embarrassed and it was my birthday so start of day was something like.. ultimately it’s just that they give priority to foreigners. Not reception but the restaurant service is only for foreigners. Tough we too pay the same amount or whatever is asked

Staff were exceptional, there were a couple of issues, but they were sorted out really quickly. Our room was great, outside shower at the back backed onto something but there was a canopy so no one could look in. The pool was fantastic and kept very clean. A big thank you must go to the waiter Diago who went out of his way to make sure you were looked after at all times. The food was ok, we did eat out a couple of evenings. A couple of resident dogs that were very friendly. Overall we had a lovely time and would love to go back.

Beautiful property very well maintained.Great food and lovely pool.The staff are fantastic, really helpful and always smiling.Special mention to Diego and his colleague who are great and helped us hire a scooter.It's a calm Oasis is a busy area.

Small and comfortable

Location meant taxi’s and after coming from south Goa are ridiculously priced. Maybe employ your own driver who is reasonable . Oh and issue with laundry - said we had some but didn’t come and tell us when he arrived so missed slot and then leaving

The property's location is great. It has greenery everywhere. You can spend a lot of time inside the property. The pool was well maintained as well. The property manager was friendly and warm. He helped us with negotiating cab fares and arranged bikes

The breakfast was quite basic which is fine but they took more than an hour to serve something as basic as poha and bread butter. This delayed us quite a bit on the day of the check our

Had the best time with my sister at Grandpa's inn. Its 10-15 minutes away from Anjuna and has a lot of options to eat chill nearby. Also has the best value for money, great rooms, good pool and a quaint nice airy feeling. Do highly recommend. Special thanks to the staff -Javeed. Diago, Munni, Kalpana, Vijay, Yash, Subhash, Irfan, Bhav, Upendra and Jayanto for their sservice. Do recommend the place.

This is a Small, friendly, clean rund hotel. It was everything we were looking for from our 1st time experience in Goa. The team made us feel incredibly welcomed and part of the family. Because it is so small, everything about the place is personal. You get to know Javeed, Diago, and the rest of the team. The food is freshly made and very tasty, our room was large, spacious and cool. Somedays, we were the only people around the hotel, it felt like we had the place to ourselves.. highly recommend and we cannot wait to come back.

The whole compound is a big garden. Very well maintained on a daily basis.The pool is always clean and water is Kristal clear. The staff is friendly and professional.The menu and food is great.

The property was amazing. It was simple yet luxurious. The front lawn was green and pleasant. Swimming pool was clean. The rooms were Traditional houses with modern touch. I went my husband and 2 year old kid, the stay was very comfortable. The food was good too and the staff was loving and caring. I am glad, I chose this property over all other 5 star hotels.

The was a royal mess of construction rubble all over the main building. No staff on premises during check in.

The property located in a convenient location close to couple of restaurants.Staff very friendly and helpful they arranged for our transportthey let us keep our baggage after check out.very courteous staff. Grandpa in is surrounded by greenry very nice atmosphere.We had a pleasant stay.

There was no shower curtain between the shower cubicle and toilet. whilst having a shower the water would spray all over and the entire bathroom got wet.we suggested to install a shower curtain. other all ok.

Nice and clean rooms. Comfortable bed. Beautiful garden and well maintaned pool.
