Quiet location directly at the river. The restaurant served excellent food. My room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff was very helpful organizing a transfer, renting an scooter...

A fantastic stay! The breakfast was delicious, the customer service was amazing, and the ambience was wonderful. A special touch was the menu for guests from Dubai—a very thoughtful gesture. Highly recommend!

The room decor and furnishings were quite simple and functional. While clean, they lacked the charm and modern amenities found in the common areas.

Great location, with local bus stop to Panjim city and old Goa on your doorstep literally. Nice atmosphere in the dining, entertainment area. The staff do try and make things happen for you, and are very friendly and eager to help out. Special shout out to Jilani, Riyaan and Barat!!! Thanks guys!!! The hot water didn’t work properly, leaving us with no choice but to have cold showers. The bathroom had a bad odour. Not pleasant!! We had no TV channels at all for the duration of our stay. Although the staff promised to get it sorted out, I think it was a bigger issue with the package of satellite TV that the resort is on. The WiFi at the property is very inconsistent and unreliable. Comes on and off at anytime.

Much more beautiful in real than in pics (The pics on booking.com are not updated). Misu - the river-facing resturant where they serve breakfast and lunch is a soothing place for the traveler soul. Staff is helpful and go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. Special mention to RK and Ayodhya. I just missed a swimming pool over looking the river.

The breakfast was quite nice with fresh fruits, eggs to order and tasty uttapam and chole bhature. Breakfast spread was really good but some juice or black tea would be nice. I am lactose intolerant and there was no option presented in the buffet. However, I did request for some juice and was served kokum juice which was Quite delicious. But I would suggest the buffet have a juice or black tea/black coffee option.Otherwise the rooms, the ambience, the location were really great. If you like a nice quite place not too far from crowds then this is it. We even enjoyed a live music session on a saturday night. Its pet friendly and everyone was really helpful. They do not have an elevator but were really gracious and gave our elderly family members a room on the ground floor. All the rooms were very nice and accompanied by beautiful balconies. Overall a great experience.

The cashew feny was not good, seemed watered down but the food in general was freshly prepared and tasty. A word to the wise, the meals take time to be served so it is a good idea to order dinner with atleast 45 minutes in hand.

Staff were not active, no cleaning, unhygienic, open staff washrooms in front of stairs, bad smell all around, too much noise, no soundproofing, no staff were for housekeeping also room was not upto mark. Surroundings were poor.

Its by the Mandovi river and you can see the river from your room or your balcony. The restaurant has good tasty food - all by the riverside. Its accessible by public transport too from Panaji city if one takes the bus. The bonus points would be two ferries within walking distance - one to Chorao Island and the other ro Divar Island.

I had booked the room for two nights and settled tge account in cash on arrival. For sone emergency I jad to cut off mybstay and the staff assured me that they may reimburse my one day stay. Upon checkout when I was half way to Mumbai from Goa I received a call from the front desk of yhe hotel and they told me that the management is redusing to reimburse. Wish that the front desk was ckear about its own policies, i would have stayed back if i knew there was no reimbursement in my case.Requwst booking-com to look into the matter and do something best for me.

The location by the River is really good.. The food was good with a large choice on the menu.All the staff were friendly and helpful.

A great location with a lovely view. Pleasant staff. Good restaurant. Spacious rooms & bathrooms, though the bathrooms are slightly older by design. The ground floor opens to the garden overlooking the river, while the first floor rooms have a balcony with the same view.

No curtain to block the light from balcony door once it got daylight Very bright light from outer corridor flooded the room with light throughout the night. For me I prefer it dark for sleeping.
