Worst room.

The room atmosphere and Bathroom was too small, room was not cleaned properly, room full of dust, staff don't give tissue paper. Very poor room service, Breakfast not worth the money.

Room size was good

There is no customer service like in house dinning, tea, breakfast. Most of the time there is no one in the reception of contact. Hotel is located in an isolated place in a society where there is no facilities available. It was very difficult to spent time there.

It's near to beach approximate 50 meters . The receptionist man vinod is very cooperative and supportive man

Day time it's very hot because the rooms are constructed in temporary method

Didn't like anything

Very dirty and lots of mosquitoes. It's advertising breakfast but there is no breakfast they bring oily food from somewhere else. Sadly would not recommend this hotel. Totally different hotel advertised on booking .com and the actual hotel is filth.

The size of the room

Misleading address. IT'S JAIRAM NAGAR.LOUSY breakfast. No choice. No kettle in room Raw & Untrained Staff. Spoilt the name of Booking.com

There is nothing to like about this place!!!

we booked overnight accommodations with breakfast, which was not even provided during two days. arriving at the hotel and staying there for a while - we started asking about breakfast ourselves, because there was no information. in hotels, the employee answered us that there will be the usual breakfast - an omelette. the next morning they make us pay for coffee if we want it at all. after some time they brought us pea porridge and bread - although I am allergic to peas, which leads to suffocation! it's not cool that he promises one thing, but does as he wants, without even offering the guests a choice! when I asked the hotel staff, who didn't really speak English at all, if they would return the money for a non-existent offer, the answer was phenomenal - if you don't like what we offer, that's your problem. offer food that makes me suffocate!speaking about the cleanliness of the room - it was last washed when it was built. the room has big cockroaches, small ants and the bed linen is dirty with a burnt hole. you have to go and ask for towels yourself as some extra. there is no toilet paper and they don't provide it either.the attitude of the staff is indifferent and rude.I don't recommend staying here, even for one day and you don't want to carry cockroaches in your bag as a souvenir!

Price was very reasonable and room size and animates were excellent

Big size fridge and New Ac

The place was in a good location

The rooms were sold out even after booking so I had to find another room

Location is quiet far from main road.for food you need to order from swizzy zomato.ifs good for quiet location and no disturbance.value for money

Manager and staff were very cooperative

Rooms size was small, Name of the hotel is not written on the hotel building

Spacious rooms clean and well maintained handy for the airport

It is located very close to the airport, so as a late night traveler the distance was good to reach the hotel it is 10 mins away max.

The room was really damp and super smelly. The bathroom smell was unbearable like strong raw egg and no amount of room fresheners from the hotel staff helped in removing that stink. Since it was one night and end minute booking, I had no other option but to stay, but the room lacks basic cleanliness and basic amenities like a decent bathroom. Would not advise anyone to stay if they cannot compromise on the cleanliness and hygiene. Really waste of money for such below average accommodation. Charging 4700 per night is horrendous.

Excellent Room ServiceRooms were very clean.Roy and his team were very helpful.Property was very cleanDefinitely must be a visit at this property.

Location

The rooms that were booked were not given to us. Instead very small room was given and staff made excuse that all other rooms were occupied. Moreover, rooms were not clean. There were cockroaches and insects everywhere. The rooms did not match with the pictures. It was a disappointing experience.

Couldn’t visit, Although our booking was confirmed by you but still they said all rooms are booked

Booking experience with you

Pathetic Property

This was the most pathetic property. No cupboard in rooms, dirty mattress, lock was broken. He denied us for complementary breakfast as well.
