Close to airport, very modern and room was large and comfortable. good value for money. Served our need for one night rest in Goa perfectly.

Lights in the room were complicated to work out to make it dark at night. The mugs and glasses for water and tea were not clean.

Location

Room was allocated near the elevator and the movement of the lift and opening /closing of the door was very irritatingStaff call at 10:30AM and asked to vacate at 11AM inspite of telling them we need the room till 2pmThey asked to make the full advance payment and threatened to cancel the room. This is inspite of telling them that I'm on the road and have issues with network. I paid 25% to avoid the hassle.

Late Night room service menu was limited to very few items.

The excellent service-orientation of the staff stood out. Though they were very young, they were professional and very well trained, I must say. Cleanliness of the rooms and the common areas, food quality are other factors that raise my rating. They even packed up a very generous breakfast for my early morning flight.

Lack of a professional travel desk, which could advice guests on tours as per their preferences.

Pool

Staff behaviour while checkin. Only one staff named Elizabeth was very helpful, while others weren’t even the manager’s behaviour is bad. We arrived at 11 AM and asked for early checkin which they denied and asked to wait till 2 PM. Even at 2 PM they didn’t gave us our room till 3 PM saying rooms are not ready.

The location is in south goa- away from the hustle bustle.

Parking in the basement is a challenge. Not enough space and difficult to park a SUV

Location is the only slight disappointment.

The hotel was very clean, the rooms were spacious and the bed was extremely cComfortable. We were 5 mins drive from the airport and a shuttle bus was available at a cost to take us there. We would stay again

I had a great experience at this hotel! The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally polite and helpful with any requests I had. Even though there was an issue with my card on Booking.com, they kindly held my reservation after I let them know I’d be paying in person. Really appreciated their flexibility and excellent service!

The only downside was that the bathroom had an unpleasant smell, which was a bit off-putting.

The hotel was not the best, breakfast was limited, staff was sometimes nice, sometimes not so much.The room was big enough, though.

I really liked your service, food was very good, your rooms were also very clean, the only thing you should fix is the wifi connection because the wifi connection was not working properly and one more thing you should do is please keep tissue papers in the rooms. Thank you

Clean and large rooms.

My bedding wasn't clean however when reported to reception it was changed quickly and efficiently.

Closeness to the airport

All around the world airport hotels have shuttles to the airport. But their airport taxi charges 1000. Even the staff promoted similar prices instead of helping out.Also, area is dull, not much around.

Staff were very good, mentioning Mr. Amaan who were excellent. Location also was near to the GOI airport.

Food needs to be require some changes, not upto the mark.

Got no sleep because of noise from bathroom.Management did nothing

I accidentally booked the only suite and it was lovely. The northwest-facing pool allowed for a comfortable midday swim. Breakfast had fresh omelettes, porridge and some pastries, which was a nice touch. The staff were nice and the hotel’s location near the airport was convenient as my stay was cut short.

The shower and sink dispensers were empty and after informing reception, only shower got refilled. The shower stand collapsed upon turning the water on. The bath mat looked quite past its day, which was surprising for an upscale hotel. The breakfast selection catered mostly to national guests which I presume is the majority at the hotel. The fruit options could be improved beyond just watermelon and cantaloupe melon.

Amazing clean lovely lush room and pool area was nice also.

The windows are not sound proofed. Meaning we could hear dogs barking all night and then traffic and horns beeping all morning and didn’t get a good nights sleep due to this unfortunately.

The biggest plus of this hotel is its prime location, which is very close to the airport along with amazing and warm staff members. My special mention to Elizabeth, Leslie and Rajiv who ensured my stay was pleasant. The room was clean, the in-dine and buffet is great too! All in all, highly recommend this hotel.
