Disturbed privacy

It wasn't a comfortable stay. I won't recommend this stay. The kitchen , fridge had alcohol, bread butter, milk..all opened and used. disappointing.

The breakfast looks good, and the property is well-located with easy access to Old Goa's tourist attractions.

The cleanliness of the room was average. The TV and AC were not working properly. There were many insects and mosquitoes outside the room. If you turned off the fan, mist would enter and make the floor wet. Dogs were also seen entering and roaming inside the dining area.

It was the 2nd time I'm staying with this hotel. As usual they meet my expectations! Location, facilities, food everything was perfect! The staff are really helpful.

Nothing much, but they can improve their services!

It’s not as you mentioned in online booking..one room ac was not working..they changed the room & gave some other room on a different floor..saying it’s standard room..rooms r not refreshing..charges were 4800/-for 2 nights…its 5 kilometres from Panjim city…

Far from the town. If you hire a vehicle or two Weeler then it is a very comfortable place to stay.

1. Rooms extremely small. One keeps bumping into each other of furniture.2. Wifi connection pathetic3. No intercom to contact reception or housekeeping 4. Bathroom can't even turn around. Very small.5. Ac did not work.6. Electric points not one next to bed but far off. Limited in number.7. Buffet layout is very limited.8. Location is poor. No taxy or scooter stand nearby, no shops close. One has to walk half a km. Neighbourhood not very good. The road stretch to hotel is pretty lonely at night.

The location of the hotel was fine.

The breakfast was not varied and very small in quantity. The shower in the bathroom was broken and not fixed. The glass slides in the bathroom were also broken, so there was no privacy. We personally had to cover the space with towel/paper. As we entered the room the room was not cleaned.

Very little food was available for breakfast. Food was good.

Room was very small. No space to move. No cupboard, no fridge, No table no chairs.Very uncomfortable.

No cupboard for storage and there are fewer breakfast items and bedsheets and blankets are not clean.

The accommodation was cancelled by the hotel management without advance notice . We came to know about the accommodation cancellation only just 1 hour before reaching the hotel as they had sent an Whatsapp message just 1 hour before the check in time.It was an unfair practice by the hotel management to someone who planned their travel itinerary after booking hotel accommodation.I had booked new hotel after I reach Goa as this hotel executive were irresponsible . The executive of new hotel had contacted me as soon as I booked the rooms and guided me until I reach their location. I don't recommend this hotel for travelers.

Amazing ambience, good food, well behaved staff. The overall experience was very good with Vailankanni.

Rooms can be more decorative, so it can be more attractive to the guests.

Immediate entrance from main road and curvy turn to enter permises but is manageable.

Nothing expect location.

Receptionist not present when I reached to hotel. Although I had made request of early check in, I was made to wait.Most sad thing was, after i ordered lunch i never got it.
