The layout was very open and architect was old portuguese style. Service was top notch and food was pretty balanced, although they can definitely fit in another cuisine type. Good Staff, very customer focused! we loved our stay!

The staff was very friendly and courteous. All facilities were excellent, and the space was very clean (something of a rarity in India). The food was excellent too. The beach was great. Everything about the resort was impeccable

The fact that they didn't have traditional goan cuisine options was a bit disappointing. he checkout process could also have bee a little more seamless. It was a bit chaotic trying to checkout of the resort.

Staff was very cordial, and ensured that the stay was pleasant

Facilities were great. Location was beautiful. Food was great. Staff was so attentive and thoughtful and courteous. Steffi in particular was fantastic - she took great care of us!

Wedding was going on so loud music and next morning grounds were left all morning with rubbish from party on ground and not cleaned upThey only told us 2 days before arrival that there would be a wedding going on

Huge and awesome beautiful property Every corner was superbly maintained. Each and every staff member was only had one motive, to make guest comfortable. Well behaved and well groomed staff.Special mention of DEEPMALA , the manager . She took care of every need and followed up also whether we were enjoying in all possible ways.House keeping staff ANAND also.Surely recommend this property. Would stay Grand Hyatt only from next time.

Food whether breakfast or main course lacked the usual flavours, though Deserts and cake section were yummy .

The location of the property is very good,also in property is to much to do thing.staff very much good and the food also good. Apart for 1 staff, every person either hotel staff or ground staff was very good and very helpful. I really coming back to this property

The room in this property i stayed was very old. Not well maintain. Some stuff are broken or very rusty apart from that few staff who work in reception I thing one.after said do one thing, she said to me it's done but after few hours, I had went to lobby to reminded the thing but it was still not done. also this was the first time in my life the 5 star property i stay has nothing on mini bar, no drink, no snacks ever nothing apart from complimentary coffee or tea kit. It's was very disappointing that 5 star property doesn't have any thing in their mini bar or snacks ever that they advised in booking.com

The property was great. Food, amenities, staff , complimentary snacks and beverages were fantastic. The location was also wonderful. The staff especially Sangeeta and Kreesha attended to us personally and took care of our needs.They decorated our room and provided us with a lovely complimentary bday cake and wine .

The buggy service was always unavailable to us while we saw the rest of the guests using them frequently. We were told it's mostly available only for check in and check out and not from one place to another within the property.. if we still want to avail it we need to wait for 30 mins. However we saw many guests use it just to go around the property.

Our stay at the Grand Hyatt Goa was nothing short of incredible. I’ve stayed at many hotels around the world, but the level of service here truly stands out as the best I’ve ever experienced.It was my partner’s birthday during our stay, and the team went above and beyond to make it special. To my surprise, the staff proactively reached out to me ahead of time to plan something memorable. They decorated the room beautifully with balloons, brought flowers and a delicious cake — it was such a thoughtful and personal touch that made the day unforgettable.The resort itself is stunning, with impeccable grounds and facilities, but what truly sets it apart is the warmth and attentiveness of the staff. Thank you to the entire team at Grand Hyatt Goa for making our celebration so magical. We’ll definitely be back!

Needs renovation and more better hygiene

From check-in to check-out, the staff was phenomenal. Top tier service with attention to detail. The manager Sangita Varghuese, Shashank, Donald, Om and Aldrich at the pool and their teams were excellent and made our stay so convenient. Definitely made Grand Hyatt our number 1 choice to stay in Goa. The breakfast spread is amazing too!

The staff were friendly especially at the poolside and grill , the food was amazing and the facilities catered for all ages.

The corporates delegates took over the pool at 5 pm. This happens only in non peak times ( April to Sept ). There are no stores or restaurants nearby within walking distance.

The service was incredible - the hotel went above and beyond to ensure we had the best stay. We notified them in advance that our child had additional needs and Mridusmita went above and beyond for us. She arranged for us to have Riya as our butler, who was the kindest and sweetest soul. Nothing was too much of an ask - she went out of her way to ensure our son had everything he needed. And for us as parents to be at ease and comfortable. Riya and Mridusmita are one of a kind and we can’t thank them enough :-) we also had a great housekeeping team Sonu and Anand who put lovely surprises in our room which our son loved. The room was always so clean and well looked after. A beautiful 5* resort with stunning interior and facilities. The pool was always the perfect temperature and so well maintained as were the grounds. So much for the kids to do in particular the kids club, and we loved the italian and indian restaurants so much! We cannot recommend this hotel enough, everyone is so welcoming and we cannot wait to go back again (hopefully for a much longer trip!)

Everything exceeded our expectations.We were warmly welcomed by Chandnan Bagli upon arrival, whose hospitality stood out right away. He generously upgraded us to a gorgeous sea-view room at no extra cost and personally showed us around. The room was spotless, spacious, and offered spectacular views—perfect for a peaceful getaway.The entire property is beautifully maintained, with quiet corners to relax and unwind. The pool area was a personal favorite—serene and relaxing. Dining was also a highlight, with a wide selection of fresh, flavorful dishes and excellent service throughout.What made our stay truly special was the personal touch. Chandnan kept in touch during our visit and thoughtfully arranged a surprise anniversary celebration with flowers, wine, and cake in our room — an unforgettable gesture. We were also looked after wonderfully by the housekeeping team, especially Priyaranjan and Suman. Their attention to detail made a real difference. We also had the pleasure of meeting Rahul and Sangeeta, who made us feel genuinely at home.Whether you're after rest, luxury, or a bit of both, Grand Hyatt Goa delivers on every level. We left relaxed, happy, and already planning our return. Highly recommended!
