The staff was great and always willing to help with any of our needs. The location is great being right on the water and not that far a walk from the local shops.

The bathrooms are small as well as the shower.

The views are insane!

The room was large and comfy. Breakfast had a nice variety of items.

The location, in the off season was a bit of a problem. There was virtually no shops open in the area.

EVERYTHING!!!!The room & bed were very comfortable!The buffet breakfast had extensive choices.The STAFF went far beyond any expectations one could ask for. Dionisia, Sofia and especially Sara were outstanding in everything they do. I think Sara is really Jennifer Gardner in real life!?We would like to return to Salerno just to see them again!!?

Breakfast was okay, not like super nice but good. View was just fabulous and the sea view room is a must.Staff was helpful and great.

Bed was not great at all - means they really should consider new matresses. The lighting was super white, which in my preferance good be a bit more warmer:)

Wow wow wow. The hotel is right on the sea. I could open my window and felt like I am on a ship.The room was huge! and the facilities are great. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel is not new or renovated lately, BUT the staff keeps the rooms, furniture and bathroom equipment in excellent condition. The hotel stuff was very welcoming and helpful.And the view is something to remember all your life.

The hotel is a little far from the center/ old center of Salerno.Something like 3-4 KMs. But it is also an advantage (very quiet hotel).

Good location for my needs south of Centro Storico, overlooking the sea. Staff were very helpful. Hallways and rooms not particularly charming, but quite clean and functional. Really nice breakfast, overlooking the sea.

We chose a sea-view room, and you definitely see the sea! Unfortunately the views from this location aren't very inspiring, and I knew that to be true before booking. The hotel has a great marine/beachy vibe with bright, bold tiles and art in the public areas. Parking was available right at the hotel, but we were lucky to find a free spot right out front on the street. The breakfast was very complete and set out on the patio over the water, a very enjoyable experience. The room was quiet, and the elevator worked all the time. We were able to close the drapes for a dark night's sleep.

The location is far from the center of town. I knew this beforehand and investigated the public bus which was convenient (< 5 min walk to the bus stop and a 20 minute ride to town). I chose the hotel not for its location but the available parking at the hotel.The bed was very hard and uncomfortable.

It was close to main station(10 mins ride) and beach( few minutes walk). Service reps were very cooperative and ensured our stay was comfortable. Rooms were very clean and had daily service. Had most amenities like Kettle. Iron was provided when requested.Service reps also assisted me in resolving an issue with food delivery service (Glovo) as it was in Italian only.Breakfast was wonderful and had lot of options especially pastries and cakes. Could add more hot savoury options.There was one issue as Jacuzzi was leaking on our first day however service reps did everything to get it fixed asap ( fixed it next day as it needed a part)and cleaned our room.

Great location, staff were super friendly and accommodating. If we didn’t know where something was or how to find it/work it, they physically came and helped us. Super amazing view and nice breakfast on the terrace. Reserved 2 parking spots for only 8 euro each per night. Loved it! Wish we had more time there.

The girl at the front desk at check-in was so wonderful. All the staff was very nice. The breakfast buffet was very well done.

The hotel is very much like a Jersey Shore Hotel. It's right on the water but no access to it. There is no beach or pool. Parking is underground, and there is a charge. I was lucky and found street parking. You do hear sirens at night on the street below.

Nice view to the ocean, huge room with comfortable bed. Very nice jacuzzi.

The breakfast was not so good as expected for a 4* hotel. The relationship between price and quality was not great.

The staff was exceptional. They went out of their way to accommodate us and always gave wonderful suggestions on places to eat and see. They were helpful with transportation and translations and always patient with us and our thousands of questions! :)

The shower drain kept getting clogged up.

Facilities were good ok, little dated but very clean

Location was a 30min walk to the port to catch ferry to Amalfi or Positano. Breakfast was nice. Staff were helpful. Rooms very basic. Coffee and pastries were excellent.

Rooms very basic. Killed a cockroach in the bathroom on first night. Dining area was nice with beautiful view. Food was ok. We arrived a little early and was not offered to stay on the hotel main area to sit and wait or a coffee.

Exceptionally good value for money. The friendliest staff we have encountered, as well as helpful. We had a large room with double and single bed. Lovely bathroom and spacious shower. Thanks for the spagliatos.
