The best in all the way
The receptionist was very professional and super friendly and her English was great.
Not enough room for your luggage. The room itself was too small
Modern clean rooms.
Only small problem the A/C was not active and it took awhile for me to figure it out and ask them to turn it on but they did activate it as soon as I asked.
My husband had a accident and we had to stay in Salerno for an extended time for him to recover. We booked a terrace room. The staff have been very kind and helpful. We would highly recommend the room. It has been perfect for our needs, with views of Salerno. The breakfast has many options and is always fresh. The staff keep the hotel and rooms spotless. We are fortunate to be able to stay here during the Holidays and a difficult time for us.
Good location in center of Salerno. Very clean and comfortable. Comfortable rooms. Nice bathroom with rain showerhead. Good breakfast with a variety of foods to chose from. Staff are very helpful and very nice
Nothing everything was great
Good location, friendly and informative staff, and good breakfast.
Near the train station and ferry landings. Located on a pedestrian only street (near a corner so that taxis were available when needed). Good restaurants nearby, easy walk to the waterfront. Great breakfast with many hot options.
The room had a very bad oder and the wall paper was coming off by the entry door. The paper showed signs of water damage. When I investigated it, I found the carpet right outside my door was holding water -it squished when I stepped on the area. I went to the floor below and in the same area and it did the same thing. I did this for 3 floors all had the same results. I went to hotel staff to discuss my findings. I pointed out that this had to be a problem they knew about before booking rooms. I asked for them to move me but they said they had no other rooms. I spent three with the balcony door opened for the most part to counter the order. The rest of the hotel seemed fine. The staff was courteous.
Read above.
The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. The staff that prepared breakfast worked extra hard to make sure the food was good and the trays were full. The shower was a very nice size for Europe. I learned to get the water temperature right quickly I ran the sink faucet for a minute before getting into the shower. The lighting next to the bed was linked to a digital sensor, first time I had seen in any hotel with this feature. The elevator was responsive. The 10 minute walk from the train station was in a newer pedestrian zone that had stores and restaurants. The pavement was exceptionally smooth, great for rolling luggage.
The toilet seat was a little small, but wasn’t needed a lot.
The room was very comfortable, ditto the bed. It also has a small terrace that had a table and chairs. The staff were welcoming and exceptionally helpful, suggested several restaurants that were quite good and reasonably priced.
Great location and very friendly staff.
Only complaint was the hot portion of the breakfast wasn’t our favorite.
Good location. Kettle and coffee machine in the room.
The same simple breakfast every day, poor sound insulation with adjacent rooms. Not an eco-friendly hotel: plastic cups, no option to opt out of cleaning on a specific day.
Amazing location! Right in the heart of salerno, close to ferry terminal and also from train station
The hotel is 15-min walk to the port
Some of the staff are not speaking English very well, which made the service bad.
Only the location.
This is not a 4 star hotel. The rooms look like a hospital with horrible lighting and the shower is ridiculous small. Everything is cheap looking and all night long there was the sound of running water in the pipes in our room.
A boutique hotel situated in center of Salerno. A great location close to the town’s main attractions including the port where boats sail to Amalfi, Positano, and Capri. Rita at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful.
No gym and small breakfast selection.
