    Pros +

    • The staff made this hotel. It is in good condition, is clean and well-kept. it is as described in the online details. The staff went out of their way to be helpful by answering questions, giving guidance, and generally showing true hospitality of Italy.
    • Unfortunately the only positive part was that I could check in at late hour.
    • Hotel is very close to beach and lungomare. Near train station. Staff was very nice.

    Cons -

    • *No closed area for parking car only next to street *No elevator. So really harsh entrance to rooms for older people or trolley for a small kid*Unfortunately not too clean rooms (floors, small kid after few steps around had almost black socks and knees)*Not even water or tea for free in that much expensive room
    • Very old hotel. No elevator. WiFi was intermittent worked slowly.
    • Just a bit expensive in comparison with other hotels in the region.

This hotel to me, is a traditional Italian hotel, a good old fashion hotel which we loved. The staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast plentiful and the room comfortable and spacious with access to a exterior terrace. Is located few minutes from the beach and many restaurants. It also has bus stops outside to go exploring that beautiful part of the world.

Just a bit expensive in comparison with other hotels in the region.

Good location. Big terase.Parking free arround, on street.

Strong sweet perfume în the room. Guy at front desk not so friendly.

The breakfast was great, the staff welcoming the room was very clean. It was immaculate clean.

The AC buzzed and has a bright light that kept me awake, and the mattress way too firm

All the staff were excellent. Young man at reception (sorry can’t recall name) was exceptional. He answered my many questions and provided great local knowledge re: public transport and places of interest. Room was very comfortable, bed and shower were both great.

Unfortunate that this is across from petrol station, but can’t be helped. Location and part sea view otherwise good.

    Location and good breakfast

Beds were not comfortable, parking is an issue and hard to find hotel

The staff was so warm and friendly. The morning cappuccino and espressos were delicious. Beaches were lovely, especially the sunsets. Such a joyful, family-friendly spot.

People at hotel very nice and helpful!!

Bad smell in rooms, old furniture , bad quality of beds. Looks like 35 years ago, is like a trip into past.

I used this as a base to visit Amalfi coast, bus stop right outside taking you to the ferry port or train station, you can buy your bus tickets from reception. You can walk to ferry port Molo Concordia in 45minutes which is what I had to do because I didn’t realise the buses start later on Sunday and I had an early ferry to catch. There is a supermarket nearby within walking distance. There is a fridge in the room which was handy, breakfast was adequate.

I was on the first floor and my room was not sound proof, there was a lot of noise from a group of guests going into each other’s rooms or talking by the door, you could hear guests walking up from reception. Be careful of the bed corner, it was knee height for me and covered by the duvet cover so I couldn’t see it. I bashed into it twice in 2 days. I had to get plasters from reception.

The staff was great, kind and professional! The terrace of our room was outstanding! The location! Just a very short walk to the beach (about 100 Meters) and the stop of public transportation to the key places was just 20 Meters away.

There was no elevator and with a fractured foot, the stairs were a challenge. The size of the shower; it is too small. If you are not a skinny person, getting in and out is a difficult task.

Very good breakfast, nice room, very nice personnel, location was chosen for its proximity to a friend's home

    I liked everything

It was a last minute booking and I was looking for a place which was not in the city center as I was with my car and needed to get there comfortably and, possibly, to park without spending too much. The structure had a free parking area just in front of the main entrance and that was very convenient for me. The staff was very helpful and very kind. The room was small but comfortable.

It's an old-style hotel and that might have an appeal although it showed its age. Breakfast could be improved as most of the food there was typical hard-discount cheap stuff and quality was less than average.

    Bus stop outside.

    No views.Tired decor.Limited breakfast selection.

Location, facilities, cleanliness, excellent service from staff, specially Maria Pia and Tania

    Nothing, everything was great!

I liked the decoration of the interior. The colors were so lovely. Breakfast was good. They provided a welcome snack. :) Our room (standard double) was so spacious and had a sea view. We had a balcony as well. Though the facilities were a bit old style but I think it was the concept. Also, super close (just 2 minutes) to a public beach, just across the road. There was a bus stop to the city center just in front of the hotel.

The shower cabin was uncomfortably small :) Otherwise, everything was okay. It was a romantic place to stay.

I booked it because it was relatively cheap but then it was really far away from the centre - you can take a bus which will take ~15min but last one is around 10pm, it took me 45min to walk, the walk is along the promenade which was nice, so if you don’t mind walking then it could be ok

far away from the centrebreakfast was ok, basically just the toast, nothing warm

It’s an old hotel, but very well maintained. Rooms were comfortable and the staff was very nice and helpful. Good parking and decent breakfast

It’s not close to the most touristic area of the city, but since we had a car that wasn’t an issue for us
