Beautiful property with exceptionally friendly staff. The location is excellent—I was initially concerned it might be far from the city center, but it’s actually very close, with everything conveniently nearby. Highly recommended!"

Nothing to complain about.

I recently stayed at your hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. However, I would like to mention that the breakfast was quite average. The food selection was almost the same every day, with very little variety, which made it a bit repetitive during our stay.On a more positive note, I would like to sincerely thank one of your staff members Arun who truly made a difference. He was exceptionally kind, respectful, and professional in every interaction and also a special thanks for Suad form the reception for her true kindness.Thank you for the hospitality, and I hope to see some improvements in the breakfast options in the future.

Staff and cleanliness

They could facilitate families to provide extra bed for kids without charge instead of asking 15 OMR per night

Location and reception Fakhry Mohamed very good in service and very polite

Everything good

Horrible, i lacked sleep during my stay.

Firstly, I noticed that there was significant noise from workers at night, particularly after midnight. This was especially disruptive during weekends when cleaning activities following wedding parties were conducted. The close proximity of the wedding hall to the rooms exacerbated this issue, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.Additionally, while the breakfast offered was fair, I found that the menu remained unchanged for the entire week of my stay. A bit of variety would certainly enhance the dining experience for guests staying for extended periods.

Overall room setup is good

Room was recently painted Smell is very bad I tried to change the room but they didn’t

Location

1. Pain was coming off the wall2. Fridge not working properly3. Shower head very dirty4. One of the 2twolls had large yellow stain5. Air-conditioning remote control very dirty.6. No property toiletries7. Staff very rude and untrained except omani staff at reception he was fine8. Breakfast waiters not good.

Staff and Spacious Room

Late room cleaning, other than that all good.

Great location and nice resort with reasonable price

Great location for those who have no plans to pay more. Everything is in place. Very big room with real queen size bed. Good breakfast, pool, gym, steam & jacuzzi. We also asked for dinner and it cost 6 only omr for adults as a deal. Big supermarket is not far away.Second time here and can advice it to everybody for 1 night stay.

Nothing special. Somehow they didn't see free breakfast for the second room which was 100% with me in booking, but it was only 5 omr additional cost per person.

Good location easy access to main attractions

Rooms are not isolated and was very noisy specially when cleaners clean other rooms or others customers enter or leave their rooms. Parking is very small and difficult to park. Rooms are not as clean as expected and old furniture. There were so many mosquitoes in our room which was difficult to comfortably sleep at night.

very clean, comfortable, staff are very friendly.

Location is good if you are travelling by car. There is a shuttle bus to the beach which is nice. Breakfast was good. Staff is very friendly and attentive.

There are almost no umbrellas at the sun beds around the pool. So they are all in the sun which van get pretty hot.

Passable

Does not deserve 4* at all. Toilet shower with a lot of bacteria, couldn't be used. Wifi not working properly. Without shampoo at 4 * hotel is a mess. Furniture from 1995. Swiming pool with cold water and nobody in over the day in this period, even at 24 degrees C outside. Position in a neighbourhood where you can find just a hypermarket at 2 km away and a miserable "restaurant" at 300 m from resort.
