Juweira Boutique Hotel - Adults only

We enjoyed our stay. We were greeting warmly by Rasha on the reception desk. She was very welcoming and took time to give us information about the various beaches and restaurants available to us. A very positive experience.

We were very satisfied with our stay. The best part was the friendly people—warm and professional from the reception to the restaurant staff and the beach bar. Another highlight was the food (we often approach buffets with caution), which was excellent, varied, and always beautifully presented.The location itself is extensive, offering plenty to explore. There is a wide choice of restaurants, and you can simply make a reservation 24 hours in advance. Everything runs smoothly and hassle-free. At Juweira they really take it serious with adults-only especially on the beach it was calm and relaxing!Overall, you get the impression that the resort (including Rotana, Fanar, etc.) is well managed. The employees are happy, know their tasks, and their positive attitude rubs off on the guests.

The rooms could use a refresh in furnishings but honestly - everything is clean, the service brilliant so we had nothing really to complain!

The view was ok. Breakfast food was ok

- Super humid, mouldy smelling rooms- Nothing nice in the area- Felt super overpriced for what we got- Outdated rooms- Uncomfortable beds- Paid an extra 300+ AED for one pathetic fruit platter

This hotel does many things very well: the rooms are spotless and spacious, many with views of the water. The food is excellent. The scale is just right: small enough to feel intimate but large enough to offer the amenities of a larger resort, such as fitness center and swimming pool. What truly makes it shine, though, is the service. Top notch. A special shout-out to Rasha at the front desk. She is super competent and just delightful. She even helped me improve my rudimentary Arabic! (Shukran, Rasha,) You can't go wrong with the Juweira.

Excellent service, clean for the most part, great staff, Hussein and Rasha.

The breakfast could have improved, especially the bread paratha was cold. They microwaved it instead of made a new batch when asked.

Non flexible hotel management

They were not flexible with the cancellation or having a partial refund despite communicating to them that i had a family emergency and i could only make 1 day out of the 3.

We were greeted amazingly by Ms. Rasha at the reception & we had the room as we requested with a beautiful view. Staff were so friendly & helpful & always available.

Quite environment (adult) ,facilities and location.Ms. Rasha is so helpful, she gives your stay positive energy and beauty smile welcoming every time.

The breakfast could be a bit better in terms of variety, but overall it is good and well prepared.

The location at hawana is nice specially the marina even far from the city

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the property. Unfortunately, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, and we found hair left behind. I hope this can be addressed to improve the experience for future guestsThe price of the room was much higher than what the hotel category justifies

Alamin and Hussain provided exceptional support, always going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Milad was also outstanding, offering assistance with a friendly attitude and genuine care.The entire team made me feel valued and taken care of throughout my stay, which made the whole experience unforgettable. Everything was good. Nice and polite personal, clean and well-equipped spacious room!

The open buffet breakfast and dinner were just amazing. The material was fresh and excellent quality. The chefs behind the scene were simply world class !

Some of the staff were not updated about the activities, like the private beach was open , As Samak restaurant was open I discovered that by myself.. not a big deal

Nice rooms, fantastic staff, very helpful.Unfortunately this is not the place that you should consider if you look for peace and tranquility. There are some very loud animations in the evening, large crowds being entertained by very mediocre shows. The Windows are not sound proof so you have to listem to the noise every evening. If you look for a quiet place you will not find it here.

Amazing stay, we had the Marina suite and we really felt in the best place of this resort, all the staff were so kind and helpful at any moment. Special mention to Rasha! I could only recommand this place for a couple that is looking for peace and comfort
