Could be a little more clean, the breakfast options were very limited. We had a 4 night stay and breakfast was very repetitive

If you want to rest and be relax, don't go there.

Very noisy hotel. The rooms are not soundproof at all, and both other guests and housekeeping staff were extremely loud. Even after moving us from the 3rd to the 8th floor, the noise problem remained. Unfortunately, it was difficult to relax or get proper rest.

The location is good, parking lots are available onsite, and the reception design is welcoming.

I would like to share the issues I experienced during my recent stay:1.Slow Check-in Process – The check-in time was noticeably longer compared to other 4-star hotels I have stayed in.2.Limited Luggage Service – The hotel had only one luggage trolley available, which resulted in me waiting over 30 minutes for my luggage to be delivered. After driving more than nine hours, having to wait in the reception area for such a basic service was disappointing and not what I would expect from a 4-star hotel, especially during the busy Khareef season.3.Delayed Response to Requests – I requested an extra mattress from reception, and they assured me it would be delivered immediately. However, I had to follow up more than three times and eventually speak directly with the housekeeping staff before my request was fulfilled. This delay was both inconvenient and frustrating.4.Room Not Serviced Despite Request – In the morning, I switched on the housekeeping light before leaving the room, as is standard practice in hotels. Upon returning in the afternoon, I was surprised to find that my room had not been serviced at all. When I spoke to the housekeeping team, they explained they were busy and only cleaned my room during the last ten minutes of their shift. 5. Sound insulation issues - I rooms are not properly sound insulated 6. Hard tiles as a floor finishing material is not expected from a 4 - stars hotel. It is not comfortable and make the room feels cold.

Rooms was big and nice

I couldn’t believe that they used partition for all rooms instead of real wall, so imagine the amount of noises you hear, any one open his door room, or moving room chair or dining door bills, and no carpet inside room and outside the room this causes huge of noise which I couldn’t sleep well for the whole of 4 nights where booked. I will never go back to this hotel.

The hotel itself was good and had potential for a comfortable stay. However, I was really disappointed by a few things. First, I booked two rooms for three nights for four people — two guests per room — which is completely standard. Still, I was charged extra just because we were four people. The supervisor, Maneshia, explained the charge, but it wasn’t mentioned during the booking process, and it felt unfair.Second, the view from our rooms was directly facing a graveyard, which was not mentioned anywhere beforehand. Lastly, our last night was very noisy due to a loud family staying in the room next to us. Unfortunately, there is no proper soundproofing in the rooms, so it was difficult to sleep.Overall, while the hotel has some positives, these issues really affected the quality of our stay.

Staff was good .. easy going .

Cleaners were taking the keys in the rooms all time .. bad smell from the toilet in my room only.. we were renting 2 rooms and only one with the bad smell .

My stay was truly pleasant. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. They even surprised me with fruits and a cake for our anniversary, which made the experience even more special. Whenever I requested anything, they responded promptly and went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. I genuinely appreciate this hotel—what makes it stand out is the outstanding service and the kindness of the staff. And off course it is super clean ..!

Unfortunately, the fridge in our room wasn’t cooling properly. I had purchased milk, but it spoiled due to the lack of refrigeration. Additionally, the noise insulation in the room was quite poor—we could clearly hear the alarm from the neighboring room as well as noise from the street, including people partying outside.

I have a bad experience during check-in as follows.The hotel provided me with a standard room, then after I asked the reception staff, my booking is a deluxe room, not Stansted,The staff try to convince with bad attitude me to take the stander, cose my reservation different deluxe.I opened my booking, which is clear the type of room, and photo of the room at booking App, Then, in difficulty, she agreed to change the room as per my booking.

Staff, cleanliness, price

Very professionall, polite staff. The gentleman from India allowed me to check in at 6:30 am, as my night bus arrived at that time. Good choice at the breakfast buffet, pleasant restaurant. Calm pool area at the rooftop. The possibility to switch off the air conditioning in the room.

I heard the neighbours through the door - I think that the sound insulation could be easily improved.

We had an amazing stay at the Kyriad hotel. When we arrived we had a flat tire on our car. The staff immediately took action and changed our tire in no time FOR FREE. I have no words for how great and friendly we were treated during our stay!! Thank you, again!

The Filipina reception staff was a professional and has high level of welcoming and hospitality attitude. The room 305 given by her was good.

First of all, my stay was very bad because of stupidity attitude of one untrained Indian reception staff! The manager can verify my review by going back to Camara recording !1-The check in process was long ! she was talking on phone for 5 minutes then received food order from delivery worker then went back to check my reservation all this time she deliberately making too long2-I handed my ID card to her by hand then she swiped roughly on device then put on table in harsh way ! This card is owned by Royal Oman police if its damaged or scratched the hotel will be responsible of any call from police !3-She gave me a room 214 and was hammering sound noise coming from up checked by Service Engineer and its recorded and confirmed by him !4-when i checked out she told me that i didn't pay for reservation because booking didn't received any payment ! she want me to pay twice! its a scam to deceive the guestI asked for a formal written confirmation from hotel that i didn't pay so i can present this to police, they refused and the supervisor said its oky its showing online payment done!I attach here my confirmation email from booking that i paid!

The lighting system is a big confusing ?

The location was great, almost centrally located and close to most of the To Visit places. The place is relatively new and most of things are in good condition. Highly Recommended!!!!!

The Parking could be improved a little

The hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful & the food was excellent; overall it was a very pleasant stay.

The hotel location wasn’t pleasant for me; it was complicated to reach the hotel even when using maps, besides the hotel outside view was not attracting at all; some of the rooms have the view of the graveyard which was not comfortable for guests.
