Samharam Resort Salalah

Staff were friendly and assisted us in everything we asked

Bed bugs bite us. Bedding not clean. Furniture needed attention. Mold everywhere. Restaurant placemats are filthy.

Property is big and very spacious.

It is an old property with bad smell inside. So, that was the issue.

Location is very nice and staff is very supportive.

Had to wait a lot for the room to get ready.

Nice view, hotel located next to the beach. Staff were very friendly and accommodated..

Location and affordable rate. Calm and quiet. Big room. Decent size kids pool.

Deep pool and No life guard at pool.

You can park your car outside you villa, swimming pool was nice, no elevator hassle.

Furniture was old and no smart tv, couldn’t connect Netflix or youtube for kids.

Stayyyyy away from them all pictures are not true. Need renovations of everything. Not clean at all

Management are so bad. No respect to time or effort you have done to book.

I had a pleasant stay at the resort and would like to appreciate the warm hospitality and the friendly way the staff deal with guests. The facilities such as the pool and the beautiful sea view made the experience enjoyable and relaxing. However, I believe there is room for improvement in cleanliness, especially in the toilets where there was an unpleasant smell, and some tiles were broken. The furniture also seemed old and slightly dirty. With some refurbishment and better maintenance, this resort has the potential to be truly outstanding.

Furniture, tiles broken and smelly toilets required refurbishment and maintenance

- Location next to the beach and in an area not far from tourstic attractions - spaceous complex of units with swimmimg pool - helfull staff - the unit is with 3 rooms, a middle hall, 4 bathrooms and a kitchen enough for a family of 6-8

-it is not a villa as advertised, it is rathar an apartment in the ground floor and another one in the first floor-the bathrooms amnities are old with a bad smell from drainage (needs renovation) - the kitchen floor was not clean esp. the oven floor - part of the resort is a festival that share the same entrance so every night it is very difficult to get into the resort because of the traffic - The TV channels doesnt include Oman channels ! even after requesting - not worth the money paid for

NOT RECOMMENDED.

The room is not clean, the bed and the covers are not like a hotel. We have requested an extra bed for the kids, but they brought a very thin mattress, with 2 2-centimeter thickness. The breakfast was very poor too.

We had booked a Villa in this hotel for 5 nights, but ended up checking out immediately after seeing the condition of the room. It was extremely dirty — with broken cupboards, a smelly fridge, and a bad smell throughout. The linens, which should have been white, were gray, stained, and smelled unpleasant. To make things worse, we saw cockroaches — completely unacceptable and unhygienic. This hotel is not maintained at all. It felt unsafe and uncomfortable, and we were very disappointed and we hope the management takes serious steps to improve the conditions.

Hotel has a great location. Staff were helpful and supportive in all the areas. All facilities were neat and clean.

Excellent location Very friendly and helpful staff

Furniture, doors, and bathrooms needs renewal

Beach, and surroundings are good

Nothing major.kitchen is there but there is not cooking vessal, fry pan etc...

The maintenance of the property and accomodation was lacking. The hygiene in the dining area was poor. We had a problem with bedbugs.

Location was very good.

Kitchen was not having Tea cups, basic crockery & Microwave. Resort can have more activates for the kids.
