Zuri Hotel

Hotel gave me the noisiest room 1011 possible within sight of pool area; noise from 6am till 12 midnight. Only given two small bottle of water when tap water is non potable; free breakfast was a feeding frenzy until 0845 when you could actually eat.

Noisy guests late night… midnight and 1am slamming doors and talking loud. 2 nights

I had a great experience with the service provided by the staff. They were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit.

Hallway and elevator doesn't have AC.

Leaving we were happy when our stay was over

Hallways smelled like paint thinner so did the room the air conditioner was broke and had a bad smell first night brown out every 30 minutes loud music can be heard from mega world. The cabinets all were stuck and made creepy sounds the safe did not work.

The staff was super nice and always accommodating.

House keeping was lacking. 2 x our room was never made up after being gone all day.

The breakfast buffet every morning was terrific! They even cook your eggs to order.

The internet connection was at times slightly slow.

The location is good close to the mall, the room was large, and the bed was comfortable . The pool bar and jacuzzi were nice.

I had a low floor with the view of a rooftop, This should have been a discounted room. The rooms had no sink except the bathroom. For the price I felt it could have been a lot nicer.

I always love staying here. Always so comfy and the breakfast is so good! It's also near the mall and so many restaurant options.

I did ask for extra pillows and they replied they will provide it. When we checked in, it was not but after calling the front desk, they sent the extra pillows right away.

The staff are very attentive to the guests' needs

The hotel is located very close to a busy street, and there will be times when you can hear car horns, but the noise is very tolerable. They tend to have a lot of guests, so be ready to wait for a couple of minutes during the morning breakfast buffet.

The property has a great location - close to the mall and food places. The rooms itself were clean and service was great!

Our concern is the bathroom. It smells like sewage at times we believe it may be the water. We also noticed a brown stain appears in our toilet as the day progressed and the toilet seat is smaller than the toilet itself so the bottom part where the seat rests shows and it’s uncomfortable to sit on. Our room was also facing the bar so it was a bit noisy on weekends but it was tolerable since our room was up high

The staff were very kind and attentive, Fabulous breakfast, great swimming pool and warm Jacuzzi (loved the pool area was open until midnight)

Very nice upscale hotel. Huge room. Very good included breakfast. Pool, hot tub and bar on the roof was great.Good affordable food at the restaurant.

Nice accommodation, great choice of food. Perfect located 1 minute walking from the SM mall, 5 minute taxi from MO2 bar, a great place to spend a night out. Specially on weekends when there's a nice live band.

City center, accessible

The toilet has its certain smell that they cannot fix. For the days that we stayed there, each time that i tell them the problem, they will try to do something but dont have a real remedy to the problem. The toilet water smells bad, even the shower. I've been calling their attention but it wasnt really taken seriously.

The breakfast is adequate but staff need to replenish cups / plates / hot water quicker

The pool bar area was not well staffed during quieter times to the point that I left the pool bar after waiting over 20 mins for someone to return so I could pay my bill.

Staff are pleasant.

Our room had small cockroaches in some areas of our room on the third floor. A housekeeping staff sprayed some areas of the room with insecticide. We asked him to leave the spray can in the room in case more come out.Indeed, many more came out over our 3 night stay.We decided to stay on and bear it as our friends were in adjacent rooms on the same floor. Transferring to another room seemed too much of a hassle then..
