I like how it was accessible for public transportation. It is very near Tagbak termimal.and Ceres North Terminal.

Picture is different from the actual rooms..No 24hrs Reception..No water in early morning..
The staff is very friendly and accomodating,and the room is clean and well sanitized
The heater in the toilet isn't working but it is okay because the weather is hot.
If you wanted a value for your money ...this place is the best ...carenderia in front and in the building as well. Cleaning is in excellent status and comfort as well. Well recomended.

The place is very accessible to nearby stores and restaurants. They have a cafeteria at the ground floor. The room is spacious and the toilet is clean. The water pressure is strong but they do not offer hot or cold options. They practice sanitation and the place is squeaky clean. Our room attendant is friendly. I strongly recommend this place to budget type stay.
The room is slightly noisy because of the busy highway. Our room was located at the 4th flr and during check-in, I went to the lobby twice because of the missing AC remote (I guess the RA also brought the remote to the laundry). I agree with one of the comment here that they should use a dark curtain because it is facing the sunlight. The double bedroom we had is different from the picture in the advertisement but it still met our expectations.
Reception area only entertains from 6am til 10pm only.
Customer service has to be improved. They dont offer to clean the room.

Shower is not working at all. No water heater available. Staff were not so friendly and accommodating. Curtains should be blackout since window is facing directly to sunlight.
