We enjoyed the breakfast, they had good food always. The place was ideal, close to SM and Megaworld, also not too traffic (only on rush hour). The place was nice over all. The staff were very polite and nice. They allowed us to overstay at a minimal additional price.

The hot shower was not working and the ac was leaking.

It was better than sleeping on the street.But not by much.

BEWARE! I spent two non-refundable days here. Had to move from my first room because of cockroaches ?! Second room was ok until the aircon broke at 1am, I got up to assess and was greeted by more cockroaches ?. Open shower water moves away from the drain and floods the entire bathroom. THAT was a fun clean up after long day of travel. I wouldn’t dry my dog with the nasty towels they hung in there. The staff looked miserable and the toxicity was contagious. It seemed like everyone was a trainee and no one knew how to do anything- let alone simply smile. I got to breakfast as soon as it opened and everything was cold.? I’ve stayed in dozens of hotels throughout the Phls- from boutiques to Seda, and this was the worst.You’ve been warned.

I liked the location...staff was very politely and kind...there is a swimming pool and a nice bar or club with a nice cocktails.There is a live music as well that I missed due to went out and back very tired. The beakfast and food was amazing...5 stars for that or from 1 to 10...I given 10.

I just have two issues...the first room when I was allocated...was water on the floor due to air con which on my opinion should be allocated by the entrance door to the room...promptly the staff moved me to another room...the other room just have one issue...the shower water do not coming hot...just cold and warmer.

The room was small as compare to the piblished picture, the cleanliness of the room because of the cickcroach crawling around, housekeeping is only on request basis

I love how the staff are very accommodating, and easy going.They easily solved the problem, and upgraded our room when there was no available one.

Although the room was big, it didn't meet our expectations.The floor was quite sticky because of the soap they used. The place wasn't clean enough as we could still see the dust in the corner of the bed and on the bed frame.When my partner used the sink, dark/black water came out and then white water. It surprised us, but we didn't bother to address it to the reception because it was 3am and we had a long day.Overall, the staff made it worth the stay because of how accommodating they are. We just hope that the facilities and cleanliness will improve.

The Hotel looks good and clean. The front counter staff were excellent.

There was a sewerage smell around, its possibly caused by the brown out which lasted for 3 days or more. The breakfast is mainly Filipino. You need a taxi to go to the mall, but they are not that expensive to the Mall, only 50 pesos. I had to ask for towels twice which was disappointing.

The room size is great and has access to other business venues

The room needs a little more cleaning but it was fine.

The staff was nice and accommodating. They made sure that we had the king bed as requested. Very quiet location ideal for families with kids. Breakfast was delicious with big portions.

The pool area was not too clean during our stay.

Maybe due to the oandemic but I always look foreward to the slippers, no slippers were provided
