Friendly and courteous staff, cleanliness, elegant design

I wish they had a shuttle service to the airport and shopping area. The main reason why people stay at this hotel is its close proximity to the airport and in most places hotels near airports provide shuttle service as an added bonus.

Just want to thank you for your warm welcome and very accommodating staff.Free stay for late check out . highly recommended Hotel for those who want to come and visit Iloilo . And only 15 mins away from the airport.The foods are also delicious.

annoying strong sound 24/7 heard and felt three rooms from the elevator, loud impact heard and felt whenever the elevator is in use. i wasn’t able to sleep comfortably

Close to the airport

There was only one iron and ironing board in hotel. We had to wait until it was available

I rebooked my stay on this website , same website where I booked it .. They emailed me saying I have to call their hotel for the rebooking . No good management. If it’s money , they would accept via website if rebooking you need to call them personally . They only think of their convenience not their customers convenience . Will book here again.

Bathtub is broken! needed to change rooms but then again defect still can be seen

We almost didn’t book here because of the bad reviews but we didn’t have much choice because we booked during a holiday long weekend at the very last minute so most of the hotels were fully booked. We booked our first few nights in Iloilo at a different hotel so we only need a one night accommodation near the airport because our flight was early. We were pleasantly surprised that our room was comfortable and nice for its price. It also includes a breakfast buffet for 2pax (it only has a few choices but it was free and considering the price that we paid for our room, its a win!) The staff were also very nice and helpful. We had room service for dinner and their tofu and iced tea were really good. I will rate this hotel a perfect 10 because despite the things that the property were lacking, we also have to consider the amount we paid for such. This isn’t a 4 or 5 star hotel but our experience was really good and comfortable.

Nothing really. It was a comfortable stay for an early flight.

It was mostly clean, the staff was friendly and helpful.

There was no hot water for shower or sink and we ran out of toilet paper in the evening. We tried to get some more from the front desk, but all they could provide was paper hand towels.

Disappointing

Room and bathroom not properly clean, 50% of the staffs not properly oriented if how to deal the clients. Look likes not influence people, the friendship is not open yet.

Kettle for coffee had wrong power plug on it. It had a australian plug which you can not use.Breakfast was bad over cooked hard boiled eggs that were purple and dry gritty. Rice dry.very small breakfast⁸

Location isn’t ideal

Bad service . Sira yung elevator and i have to walk from 4th floor all the way down to lobby.
