Great location. Water bottles provided daily. Bed comfortable except for pillow smells.

Rat observed crossing bar area.Pillows smelled musty.Limited food options; expensive for the area; we were able to find much better food options for less than half the price close to hotel. No free coffee/tea in room or common area.

Still one of the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. Very helpfull and kind staff. Good service. Nice and clean accomodations.

Check-in was fast, efficient, professional, and friendly. The room was up to Courtyard by Marriot American/ Standard. With a good-sized washroom, plenty of toiletries, towels, etc. Bed was firm. The room was super clean. There was a mini fridge, desk and chair sofa. It was very comfortable, and housekeeping was always available . I received 2 complimentary bottles of water, and there is a refillable water station. The hotel is located in a fantastic area close to shopping malls and other amenities

I really don't have any significant complaints. I would have appreciated a microwave oven in the room, but when I needed to heat leftover food, they would pick it up , heat in the kitchen, and return.I thought I booked a room with a bathtub, but they correctly pointed out that the room I booked didn't come with a tub, but the shower was excellent along with the bidet hose by the toilet. Rooms with bathtub were already booked

They can clean the room a little bit better. They gym is used regularly by people which is a good thing but doesn't have disinfectant spray or wipes for people to use before and after using the machines and weights. Hygiene is very important esp if you are traveling and staying in hotels usi g their facilities.

The location is cozy! I love the bed and beddings. Very comfy. The breakfast is what I love most! Perfect for ‘balkibayans’ who are craving for Filipino beakast. I love the hot chocolate ?The staff is very supportive and acts fast. My bidet spray was leaking and they fixed it as soon as I called.

The AC is musty and humid. It triggered my rhinitis.

I presumed as it was advertised as 5 star 15 hotel in Iloilo city that it is an excellent hotel with great service but i am very disappointed. Nothing to like in this place

The service is worst. I asked for a bellman to help us carry our luggage downstairs at a specific time and he showed 15 minutes late. He is the only staff. I called the front desk, no one answers, i called the concierge, no one answered. I went down to the front lobby and there were three staff members who were chatting but no one answered the phone. The rooms are small and old. But worst of all is the service, there was none!

Rooms don't have Netflix or Youtube. Shocking because this is suppose to be a 5 star hotel.

The staff are delightful and very accommodating. They fulfilled all our requests. Although they were short-staffed at the reception area, it was still fine because they were kind and courteous.

There is no access from the car park, if you drive there you are forced to either take a fire escape to lower level or walk up the driving ramp to get to reception.
