Figtree Hotel

The room is clean even though I could have asked for a room with a window coz Im a little claustrophobic. Size reminded me of Japanese budget hotels.

I only slept there and was out most of the day so I don't have any issues.

Good walking distance to Atria Mall, Iloilo Convention Center, Festive Mall, SM and some other establishments essential for solo travelling. Treetop Resto foods were decent.

TV reception was bad.

Good location

Very Noisy you can hear everything , Slow wifi, the bathroom floods. Staff needs to be a little approachable

Internet is poor I stayed 6 nights but I only enjoyed wifi on my 1st night the rest no more Internet connection

Location was superb. Near Ayala Atria, Smallville, SM Iloilo, and Festive Walk.We love the breakfast.

The smell in the 5th floor lobby smells funny. I am not sure if it is because of the cleaning stuff they use.

Cleanliness as a whole, from the reception area, alley, rooms and to the dining area.

Nothing to say about the place except for the 2 rooms the day we arrived, there's no towel in both rooms we booked, so we needed to call and inform them that they forgot to prepare towels for us. And also the receptionist ( that day we arrived) is not really that accommodating, seldom offered smiles and never I heard they say THANK YOU MA'AM AND SIR FOR STAYING WITH US upon leaving the hotel.

Great location near restaurants and shopping. Staff were friendly and helpful. A better breakfast would make this stay so much better.

Small room they never cleaned the room . Food was not good

Nice Location.. rooms are clean. but no window.. My room is 228 next to the fire exit stairs.. Every time a person goes down you hear very noisy steps.. You also hear your next room. I can't sleep its noise everywhere...

The property is clean however during our stay there is no disposable sleeper.

Close to restaurants, quiet place and the staff are all nice.

The location is perfect! A walking distance from SM and Atria. There are several restaurants around so finding a place to eat and chill are just a few walks away.

Amenities. I mean yeah it’s clean but the room is very basic. Bed is not very comfortable. The air conditioning wasn’t really cold so we just slept without our blanket on, plus it was so noisy especially if you adjust it to colder setting.

The time we stayed room is big with a nice pillowWith a botle of water refilling station on the hall way area close to our room. Breakfast is good with the over looking view of the city.

For budget hotel fig tree is the best and over rated than zuri hotel base on my expereince. Close to restaurant, bars, club and malls

Staff are all smiles. They did not hesitate to have my food delivery brought up to my room because i was sick. They gave me an extra table so i can have my work set up. They gave me a corner room when I asked for it.
