Location

They say wifi but could never connect. They allways said the neef to restart router. Looging in was always a problem.

Close to shopping, restaurants and access to public transportation. Doormen were courteous and helpful.Excellent price for sleeping and taking a shower, comfortable bed, clean beddings and competent a/c, just all I needed.

Weak wifi in room. Strong smell of cooking food in the lobby on daytime that extend to nite time. Counter or check in personnel can use some charm and little smiling.

The location

It’s proximity to the old Iloilo that I am so fond of, courteous staff and it being hassle free.

The location! The place is walking distance to the tourist destinations. Public transportation is also accessible. Also, the staff are very accommodating.

Glass window inside the room is not clear, no view.

Worn and faded and stained bedside tables, desk and luggage platform; bathroom/toilet smelling of urine; stained vanity/sink counter; AC wall unit constantly dripping water; mildew-stained entrance ceiling due to the AC water leak.

The property is close for all establisment like the malls, restaurants, stores and easy to get transportation if you do not have a car you can easily get a tricycle, PUV or taxi.

Just a little bit need to improve a cleanliness in the room, need dusting of table. Need to clean more of the toilet. But over all it’s a good stay. Nothing much to complain.

Location, Accessibility

Facilities and Room Conditions can be improved. We had to switch 1 room because the bed’s mattress was not firm. Good of Go Hotel to find us another room in the same floor.

The location was close to everything

1. Hot shower is only available one hour in the morning. Cold water for the rest of the day.2. The flush in our room doesnt work. I think they have problems with their piping. They literally gave us a bucket for toilet flushing.3. No wifi.4. Front desk staff was completely unhelpful when it came to sorting out our problems. They wont even let us transfer rooms.Overall: this hotel used to be the gold standard when it comes to budget hotels... seeing the service degrade like this is just sad...

Too loud

The property is very accessible and the staff are very accommodating (thru call and in person). I like how it's really near DFA where I have an appointment and judt beside Rob with very good food choices and stalls. I also had a beautiful realization before going home when I lost my wallet and got it back - people are really good.

It's just my personal dilemma being in the 5th floor with all the natural calamities happening so I had a hard time sleeping at first being hypersensitive to movements cause there might be an earthquake.

For the property is excellent location for solo and family travel because can access freely to mall, church, local market, bank and city

One of the best affordable hotels in Iloilo City, Beds and bedding excellent. Location within a major shopping center a plus. Non-opening window led to some stuffiness. Quiet. Sizable lobby with comfortable seating.

Free in-room wifi unusable.

The room is small the aircon is dripping and the window is so dirty. No cabinet where you could put your things

The staff either can't read or doesn't respect the guests. They don't care about the "Do Not Disturb" sign. They also need to be reminded to bring breakfast, apparently they wait until the last minute for the guests to forget about it.Really bad wifi connection.
